Katie Holmes Has ‘Tropic Thunder’

Katie Holmes will exercise her comedic acting chops with a cameo appearance in the upcoming film Tropic Thunder, according to OK!

Katie, 28, will join the film’s star (and producer and director) Ben Stiller and costars Robert Downey, Jr., Jack Black and Nick Nolte.

Tropic Thunder is about a group of actors shooting a big-budget war movie and through a series of freak occurrences, they are forced to become the soldiers they are portraying. The funny flick opens in 2008.

UPDATE: It’s Tom Cruise who’ll be in Tropic Thunder, not Katie Holmes.

I guess nowadays a marriage is subjective..by your own definition…truth is tommy boy is smart enough to to be LEGALLLY married, he outfoxed Nicole by dumpring her a MONTH before the 10th annivessary EVEN though they CELEBRATED with friends before the divorce …

Miss thunder thighs RoBoHo here gets teh pitiful amount which is like 10 cents to tommyboy and her endless shopping sprees items…

Kidman and Cruise were married in December ‘90. Cruise filed for divorce in February ‘01. That’s more than 10 years.

I still haven’t figured out why Tom Cruise bought Katie Holmes when she was pregnant. Perhaps to prove to the world that he could be a biological father and not gay? Even though he and Anne Archer’s son are inseparable scientologists and BFF’s. Just take a look at Joshua Jackson and his baby pics on the internet he looks just like Suri. I wonder how much longer these two are going to hide the fact that JJ is Suri’s biological father. I guess Mr. Cruise is going to invest in a plastic surgeon for Suri as soon as possible.
