Nicole Richie’s Baby Shower

In Touch Weekly has gotten its paws on the save-the-date for Nicole Richie’s baby shower!

The big day will take place at 12:30 p.m. on Sunday, November 18, and is being planned by Mindy Weiss, wedding planner to the stars. The shower is being given by Nicole’s mother, Brenda, her sister Sophia and “loving friends” Paris Hilton and Masha Gordon.

DO YOU THINK this is the real deal or just a decoy? If Nic’s sister’s name is spelled Sofia, it’s definitely a fake!

For the pompous ass who said that Save the Date cards are tacky — do you even know what you are talking about?
It’s actually the preferred etiquette among high society and those who entertain all the time because of busy social schedules!!!

ITA, and I think she does. Why- can’t understand it. If it wasn’t for paps in her face ,she wouldn’t be seen probably. She (jmo),doesn’t court them. I think she looks damn good. Not sure if this is true or not.

It doesn’t bother me that her family and friends want to give her a shower — a shower is as much a celebration of a milestone as it is about gift-giving anymore. And rich people should have that celebration too, just because they make more money than the rest of us doesn’t mean they shouldn’t enjoy life’s pleasures.

What gets me is housewarming gifts! That’s the recipient asking for gifts and if you are a young couple making only $50,000 between you, okay. But for rich people, NO! It’s gauche. If someone visits your new home, they could bring something, but otherwise, asking for it and even registering for it is tacky and greedy.

This is a fake invitation. Especially saying you can get more info from a source on there — that just opens it up for anyone to call for the information on the event. This is obviously leaked or someone having fun with Outta Touch, which is known for lack of reporting and writing false stories for the dummies who eat it up.
Note all the Brangelina false stories for the insecure housewives who want desperately for Brad to go back to the boring ugly woman he left so they can feel better about themselves!

For those who are so offended by Nicole Ritchie having a baby shower, read this from MSN.com:

So says Us Weekly, which reports shower guests have been asked to donate baby gifts — cribs, strollers, blankets, stuffed animals, etc. — to the newly established Richie Madden Children’s Foundation, which the expectant parents set up to assist needy moms.

As one of the foundation’s first acts, it will reportedly donate 100 Mom-to-Be kits to the Los Angeles Free clinic.
