OlderAshley Tisdale is “Set to Do HSM 3″
Ashley Tisdale has a one-on-one interview with OK!, where she dishes on her upcoming feature film, Picture This, and the third film in the HSM franchise. Here are some snippets:
Do you want to focus more on acting or singing now? It’s all about balancing it out I think. At first it was really, really hard when I was doing HSM 2 and when my album released. That was very hard to balance. But I think that you just find time and they’re both equally important to me. I’m focusing on my music right now — I just did the tour and now I’m going start my second album. But I’m set to do HSM 3 in February so then I’ll be going back to my acting. So I think it’s just a balancing act.
Is it difficult when you know that what you’re wearing might appear in a magazine? Yeah, you have to think about it. A lot of my friends prefer to be followed all the time by the paparazzi; I’m so glad I don’t have that all the time. I want to be known for what I’m working on, not where I’m hanging out.

What I don’t understand is, why, of all magazines, would Ashley go to OK! for an interview? Does she really not know how much they lie about her friends Zac and Vanessa and how they are always trying to make it seem like they’re breaking up? If she was being interviewed in a different magazine, I would take it more seriously. But because it’s OK!, it completely loses its credibility.
By the way people Zac and Vanessa hate being followed by the Paparazzi so more thing people LAY OFF ZAC AND VANESSA
Why does Disney fob on us poor people, this half talented, half wits to sing some ridiculous songs and even more ridiculous dance routines. After watching 15 mins of the first movie, I prayed to God like hell that they didn’t make a second one but now I find out that there’s gonna be a third I wanna cry.
How do you know that they hate being followed by the paparazzi? Do you know them personally? It is a well known fact that when you are a rising star, you NEED the paparazzi for publicity so that people like us can see into their “real” lives

I’m pretty sure that both Zac and Vanessa hate being followed by the paparazzi. Both Zac and Vanessa have said many times that they are private people and don’t like the celebrity side of being famous. And there are many actors and actresses out there who rarely get papped yet they are some of the world’s biggest stars (i.e Julia Roberts). And since Zac and Vanessa hate being followed all the time by the paparazzi, why would they then sell themselves to these papz for publicity? They’re not the ones saying “come over here, take a picture!” or “here’s my house address! I’ll be home in an hour so be ready to snap your lenses away!” Zac and Vanessa don’t have a choice in being followed-sure they could ignore them and not have any pics, meaning they never go out in public again, which is ridiculous. Many ppl just think they like being followed, esp. Vanessa, because they misinterpret the way Zac & V handle themselves. Usually they’re friendly to the papz, and that makes ppl think they like the attention or something, when really, that’s not the case at all and they’re just being nice instead of cursing at them which in turn would make ppl critize them even more. It’s a lose-lose situation with the paparazzi, as Zac said in a London interview while promoting HSM 2 there a few months ago.

In a way, it DOES sound like shes talking about V, but I doubt she is, because Ashley doesnt seem that shallow and doesnt seem like shes the one to be talking about her friends like that.

Its very easy to just skip over this post and carry on with your day, try it sometime instead of making her fans mad.

WHERE in that article do you see her saying, “Oh my god, I hate all my friends, especially V for being more popular then me!”. ? You dont. She didn’t insult or say anything mean about her friends. She just said that a lot of her friends like to be followed around by the paps. Thats not mean. And, please dont compare Ashley and Vanessa to each other. Their the same to a lot of people, and a lot of Ashley and V fans hate it.
They NEED the paparazzi. it’s part of the business. Whether they like it or not, they know and are told by their publicists that they have to be seen by the paparazzi. There is a reason why some celebrities are often found by the paps, and why others are not.
