Lauren Conrad and BFF roommate Audrina Patridge hit up the black carpet at the launch of the “Blackjack II phone by Samsung” held at Hollywood restaurant Beso on Wednesday.
Lauren, 21, just released a statement defending the integrity of her MTV reality series, The Hills.
“There have been some rumors in the press about The Hills being fake,” she says. “Many of you have been asking me if the rumors are true. There are false rumors every week about me and I can’t address every rumor out there, but I feel like this was important for me to respond to. The show is not fake and this is really my life. I have addressed these rumors in an interview with InTouch Magazine’s Nov.26th issue.”

I think every1 should stop writing nasty things about the show…ye’re all going on about how ya don’t want to waste your lives watching it..its simple then don’t!! There is no need to be so negative, everyone has their own opinion…and if u don’t have anything nice to say why bother wasting ur time saying it….Love the show!! x
Doe’s it really have any relevance whether the show is staged or real?! I am sure that there is a significant percentage of Televisions shows broadcast that are not 100% true to life. At the end of the day people are entitled to watch whatever they choose to and we should not be making judgements about the stars of these shows and their lifes. At the end of the day the only sad thing i have noticed here is how many people on here alledgedy hate the show however ‘coincidentally’ managed to enter a forum based directly around it. Personally if i do not like someone or something then it is within my interest to avoid it! Wouldn’t you agree?!

if you guys think its so “terrible” & “boring” why are you wasting your time trying to put your opinion about it out, you say “i hate the show & blah blah blah” but yet you took the time to watch it didnt you ? i love the hills & lc. if her life is fake, then she’s doing a good job at keeping it modern & interesting.
