Zac Efron Lets Donors Choose

Zac Efron delivers several boxes of donated school supplies, including a new video camera, to a classroom at John Adams Middle School in Los Angeles on Wednesday.

The 20-year-old High School Musical star talked with students on behalf of DonorsChoose.org, the non-profit website rolling out to schools nationwide to fulfill classroom needs and foster innovation.

According to their official website, DonorsChoose.org is a simple way to provide students in need with resources that our public schools often lack. Teachers submit project proposals for materials or experiences their students need to learn. These ideas become classroom reality when concerned individuals, whom are called Citizen Philanthropists, choose projects to fund.

Also i got a message from zanessasouce and they did shut the site down :(……….it really stinks because i loved that site……i wonder why they shut it down so fast?…..I emailed her but she has not responed yet…But anyway i think its cool how zac came to that school i would have been so happy if he came to mine lol…..

thanks for the youtube account name, i would give anythying to be one of those girls, one of the girls looks like she is prayin to him or praisin him(i would be screamin my head off) they are soo lucky i really wish he would come to my class! actually i think i would faint, i wonder if he answered questions, especially any about “zanessa”

I like zac’s hair cut. Looks like his natural color. I wonder if the coloring they used for Hairspray was the wash-out type. Because his hair in HSM2 wasn’t as dark as it was in Hairspray, but was still darker than his natural color.

#74 I know that other people have responded to this but this really irritates me. The reason why you don’t see Vanessa giving her time like Zac is doing here is because YOU DON”T BOTHER TO LOOK. It’s much easier just to bash her and call her names then it is to get the facts. It’s not fair, it’s not right and personally I’m tired of it.

Anyway once again kudos to Zac to giving his time and energy to such a worthy cause.

Levi and Bekkah I think we should just respect their decision to shut down the site. Obvious it was for a good reason. The girls on the Zanessa Source are seriously the sweetest girls ever! I don’t think they would do anything to hurt there fans. I’m sure whatever reason it was…it was the right choice! But I can’t help but say I was CRUSHED when I heard the news! I had them as the first page on my internet! I’m soooooooo sad!!!!!!! That was hands down the best zanessa site ever!!!!!!

Malia, I know that KTLA/CBS were there to document his visit, so I’m guessing there is video somewhere.

Btw, here is a link to a blog entry from the teacher whose classroom Zac visited, they aren’t all that enthusiastic about the visit, calling it a ‘publicity stunt’.
