Anyway I think that Kate’s choices ( I’m talking about the clothes) are a bit weird lately.

Hey there Ricky. I’m neither a fan of Kate’s nor Orlando’s, and I’m not interested in comparing them, acting wise or fashion wise. What’s to compare? Orlando’s had formal training. Kate hasn’t had any, to the best of my knowledge. Both lack any real fashion sense, although Kate at least TRIES to take some pride in her personal appearance these days. Wish I could say the same for Orlando.

I DO recall seeing some nasty comments and general venom coming from some of Bloom’s fans during their time together as a couple. If she were still in the picture, I really think she’d be getting the blame for some of the things that are currently happening in Bloom’s life right now. Orlando’s popularity and work level have been sliding down for a while now, but I don’t make any type of connection to that situation and his former or current girlfriend status. I also believe he said he wanted to take a “looooong vacation” after his play, and I chose to believe him. If he wants to take his vacation in Los Angeles, and hang out at all the trendy clubs and pap joints, that’s his business. It makes about as much sense as waving a red flag in front of a charging bull, but maybe he enjoys the adrenaline rush and the attention.

As for wrinkles in close ups, you’ll see MANY of those on Bloom’s face as well - about 4 or 5 - especially in the forehead area. Smoking, drinking and partying all catch up with the beautiful people of Tinseltown, sooner or later. Bloom won’t be any exception.

He has his fame, to be sure, but for someone who seemed to be so into the work and not the celebrity status and perks of the biz, according to some of his past interviews, he seems more and more like a sellout to me with each passing month. Actresses and models won’t help him in the privacy department. If he hasn’t figured that out after dating Kate, then he’s either just really, really dense, or he was a player of The Game all along, and his true colors are starting to show.

If Kate could be accused of being a media attention getting tramp, then it stands to reason that Orlando was cut from the same cloth. He dated her for several years and always went back to her. Now that she’s not there anymore, the blame for some things will just have to fall on the models, the actresses and their agents and publicists. Orlando couldn’t possibly be accountable for any of this BS, either past or present? And for those who thought their relationship was fake, or that their publicist set it all up, what kind of statement does that make about Orlando? It means he was just as phony as she was.

So forget about taking sides. I call it 50/50. I also find it rather amusing that both actors gravitate towards models, beautiful actors, or people who can somehow help them in their careers - you know, with publicity, photo ops, increased exposure, keeping rumors circulating, etc. Those who blasted Kate for that should have been blasting Orlando just as hard. That’s NOT what I recall seeing.
