You need to seriously seek counseling, lying is one thing, but being arrogant, defensive and violent abusing people with your words is another. Give me the name of your radio station so that I can speak to your boss, if you have one, LOL. I also have a lawyer that can help me out with this as well. Because coming on here and start threatening people with war and calling them out is a serious business coming from a public person. That’s pretty much harrasment at this point. I spoke to my lawyer this morning… it’s harrasment specially from a public person such as yourself.

So many of you, especially Ellie, have conveyed in a great way why Zanessa/Zac/Vanessa fans feel compelled to “stick up” for them. I used to get overwhlemed, frustrated, and even stopped visiting Just Jared because I felt it had become another Zanessa site, heavily focused on Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens. It became redundant to see posts from fans shooing away non-Zanessa fans,begging for more pics,the catty fighting,cursing, name-calling…
I was timid at first to express my feelings, because some (not all) of the overzealous Zanessa fans are extremely rude. I am personally not a Zanessa/Zac/Vanessa fan, but do share the common interest in HSM. When posting here, I respect that most people immensely enjoy that their movie romance spilled into real-life thus sparking major interest in their private lives. I’ve had success mingling with other fans here, because I do not make accusations, attack, or degrade Zac or Vanessa’s chracter simply because I am not emotionally invested in what either of them do. I see no harm in expressing various opinions, but as a non-fan when I don’t have something nice to say I know when to keep it to myself.
I have felt welcome by many of the Zanessa fans when I join in on the comments in a mature, non-aggressive manner. I hope those fans and non-fans still struggling to see eye to eye can come to realize its not what we are saying, but how we chose to phrase and appraoch our many different opinions about these two young stars that can help minimize the tension.

(a) A person is liable for the tort of stalking when the plaintiff proves all of the following elements of the tort:

(3) “Electronic communication device” includes, but is not limited to, telephones, cellular telephones, computers, video recorders, fax machines, or pagers. “Electronic communication” has the same meaning as the term defined in Subsection 12 of Section 2510 of Title 18 of the United States Code.

(4) “Harass” means a knowing and willful course of conduct directed at a specific person which seriously alarms, annoys, torments, or terrorizes the person, and which serves no legitimate purpose. The course of conduct must be such as would cause a reasonable person to suffer substantial emotional distress, and must actually cause substantial emotional distress to the person.
