Natalie is everywhere…. and I love it. Keep it coming Jared :) . From the photos this is going to be a awesome movie… and I will go to see it. Jared, please try to find the video of the Spice Girls performing @Victoria Secret … I want to see them, if the did playback or it was live. The trailer looks pretty good but I don’t know about this one because everything else I’ve heard about it says its supposedly a disaster… whoever cut the trailer did a good job though.

Natalie, Scarlett and Eric mmmmmm smell like a masterpiece, should I say smell like a “must see” movie.
accent and acting are awful and pushing the movie past original date means trouble. Not too many people watch war and this type of period films.

OMG, I just squealed at the very mention of eric bana! Dang, I’d totally poison my sister if I had a chance at eric bana too!! Lord, his wife is one lucky woman!! This man has the best body in hollywood, and a handsome face that isn’t all girly and perfect like zac efron. He’s like manly as they get….okay, my breathing is finally slowing down…..

I was expecting worse, but it’s actually quite good. I’m English and the accents from Portman, Bana and Johansson were very good. Portman’s inconsistent accent in V For Vendetta seems to have improved, Johansson is already established with English accents…not so surprising and I don’t think I’ve ever heard Bana with an English accent, but we all know how good the Aussies are with them!

I walked into “Troy” as a Brad Pitt fan, and left the theater completely unaware of his screen presence-cause ERIC BANA IS THE HOTTEST MAN ON EARTH and stole the show. Orlando and Brad looked like girly pixies next to this heap of testosterone.
Scarlett is not all that hot like people make her out to be. The accents are terrible but Natalie is a good actress and Eric is hot.

No makeup you can see that these two are natural beauties. They lucked out getting talent AND looks with these two. This is how people look without black eyeliner all the time — guess some teens aren’t used to seeing that. Glad they went that route with this movie for a realistic look.

I adore Eric Bana but he looks nothing like Henry VIII at the time of his affair and marriage to Anne Boleyn! By then he was very fat and had lost all his golden looks. Very strange casting. I don’t know if any of you saw the original film made for the BBC a few years ago - really brilliant. I hope this is as good.

scarjo and natalie are GORGEOUS-I have nothing against their looks. But you know which actresses(who are less bankable however) who I could see totally hitting a homerun with these roles? Someone like Romola Garai and Rose Byrne.
It’s not HSM thinking that’s making me think they are miscast-I just think there are other young actresses who could pull this dishy tale off better.
1) there is no such thing as no-make up in a movie. they are very well made up to look as if they are not. so it’s ridiculous to judge how one look by the screen looks. besides, girls, let’s be honest - NO ONE of us looks gorgeous without make up either.
2) i really don’t get the whole accent anxiety. it’s not the accent, it’s the words you say that matters in the movie. no offence, but people who have nothing more interesting to say that “omg, she sounds sooo american” are real bores to me.
OH lord help me-I”ve logged back on twice just to stare at Eric Bana topless…..I would just like to shake his wife’s hand, lucky devil.
Scarjo is one of the best actresses of their generation? Oh please-can we think outside the US a bit here? And I say that as an AMerican. I think Natalie showed early promise and I bet she will bank in on that promise. I think Scarjo shows promise too-but let’s NOT get hasty about GREATEST or generation here. Let them work on their craft and see where it leads, and let’s not forget there are some less famous actresses out there who are doing amazing work.
I really hope that they will show that one here in Sweden, because I have to see it, it seems like a great story and the actors are amazing.

Henry VIII was anything but unattractive etc until 1534-35. This movie ends about 1536 so it´s no big problem in this movie!

This is a major delish movie. I cannot wait for it. I was hoping they would open the film in at least two theatres before December 31st so it would qualify for awards season. I think Natty and Scarlett might really do a hella job on it. Eric is absolutely gorgeous. I thought it would be Hugh Jackman. I always mix the two Aussies up. I mean, I know who they are, just that I think of the wrong one in the wrong movie.LOL!
THe thing with the accents is that the British accent then didn’t sound like it does now, so you really can’t judge them on modern RP.

Eric Bana is rather perfect as the younger Henry VIII who was described as very tall and well built, one of the most beautiful men “in Christendom”! And I think it would have been a big mistake to dye his hair ginger …ouch! What´s important in this story is if he can make believeable the King that women loved and men stood in awe of! And judging from this trailer mr Bana does exactly that!
AND I think that the leading actresses ms Portman and ms Johansson are beautiful, as well as talented, and have great screen presence!
i have to say, the other boleyn girl is my favourite of gregory’s novels and i was against this movie until after just watching the trailer, i adore eric bana and both scarlett and natalie are good actresses, obviously things from the book will be streamlined cause they can’t fit everything in but i am now looking forward to seeing this film.

Eric Bana is gorgeous and of course Natalie looks beautiful. Scarlett does not look her best though. I heard this was going to be crap but I love most all of Natalie’s movies so I’ll probably end up seeing this anyway.

JRM can be cute and I am sure he is a good badass lol lol - but he is short and boyish - Bana is a big manly man so I am so very happy that Bana is doing Henry here! Really. I saw a trailer with JRM on youtube, and he more or less disappeared in the Henry´s high boots….!
