Zac Efron is a Shy Guy
Zac Efron and his two new basketball buddies leave basketball practice together in Hollywood on Friday.
The High School Musical star apparently sings a different tune when he’s not being showered with flowers from paparazzi.
Zac, 20, shied away from photographers this time around, hiding his face behind a basketball. Why so shy, guy?

I bet he wishes the next ‘heartthrob’ would get discovered already so he could have something like a normal life but with the seven foot mouse owning his soul until the dvd for hsm3 is release and the 2008/9 awards season is over there is little chance of that.
Disney wants to squeeze every last cent out of the hsm franchise and Zac, being the biggest star, is obviously going to play a big part of that. They’ll want lots of ‘perfect’ zanessa pictures reminding everybody of troyella.
As much as I love the animated films I watched when I was younger and want to see Enchanted (McDreamy, Corny Collins, Angela Montenegro (Bones) and Kathryn/cousin Beth (Cruel Intentions 2/BtVS)) Disney these days just makes me think of money hungry businessmen who churn out inferior sequels.
Haa what a cutie, but I don’t think the basketballl is much cover. He probably feels bad that his friends have to get cameras shoved in their faces just because they’re around him.

I’m so proud of him, though. He’s handling it well.
I don’t think he has a zit on his forehead. It does kind of look like it in pic #3, but in pic #14 it’s gone, so I think it’s just how the pixels are coming up. Besides, he could have easily hidden that with his hair, not a ball.
I think he’s thinking the same thing we all are, how many times can you take my picture leaving the gym, getting gas, playing basketball, etc?
I mean do these photogs have kids at home saying:
Kid: “Mom/Dad what did you do today?”
Pap: “Honey, I took Zac Efron’s picture at the gas station for the 40+ time, and then we followed him to the gym…”
Kid: “Wow, when I grow up I want to be just like you and follow people to the gas station…”. LOL

First of all, the paparazzi need to leave him alone! After all that he does, he deserves a little privacy! He has such self control, because if i were him, i would beat up the pararazzi until they were out cold! And i think:
he eaither had a zit or something that he didnt want the paparazzi to see,
he was having some problems (with his Gf?) and he showed it in his face maybe with red eyes or something,
or he is just sick of always being photographed. Sometimes i think he just wishes he could be a normal guy, and just go out and be a normal person. And if you know he doesnt want ot be photographed, just leave the poor guy alone! You dont need to know what he’s doing every minue of his life! And why make such a big deal out of it? ‘Zac Efron is a shy guy’??? So what? I hope he feels better.

the pap. are just doin their job. if major celebrities didn’t want their business out on the streets, they should’ve thought about that before they became famous. people are interested in them and its just something they have to deal w/.
I think the flower stealing paps yesterday gave him the creeps. When you see the video they ask him to dance, and sing, and if they can watch him play basketball,and he tells them that’s weird. I think he has a couple of stalkers who have a crush on him. They can’t be making very much $ on these pictures because it’s nothing new. It’s the same thing day after day. Simple supply and demand. Lindsay is back in town go follow her for awhile. I’m sure they can catch her doing something stupid.
