pah, emily, if you don’t believe me that I’m 20 i can’t help you. It’s still ridiculous how you deal with sexuality over there. I bet that everyone around here already wore something more revealing than this dress. Did you ever go to the beach, swimmingpool etc.? There you can see lots of younger people showing a lot more skin than miley in her dress. Oh and btw. in my country the age of consent is 14, so here, she’s already a “legal”
And I have nothing against rules, as long as they are justified and not narrow minded like the “14 year old girls aren’t allowed to wear short skirts” rule. C’mon, some people are growing up faster than other, everyone is a individual, you can’t generalize a group of teenagers. Some are already an adult in their mind, others are still kids. That’s life.

i dont think that there’s a rule that 14 year olds cant wear short skirts, but i think that when they wear things like that it’s ridiculous. i dont mind short skirts, i mind that she’s trying to be sexy.
