Angelina’s Sunday Son Bonding
Angelina Jolie reportedly takes 6-year-old son Maddox shopping at the Edwards-Lowell Fur Boutique in Beverly Hills Sunday afternoon.
Momgelina carried a shopping bag full of goodies with something hot pink popping out of it. Doesn’t look like fur to me!
Angie’s animated feature Beowulf slayed the competition this past weekend, pulling in $28.1 million in the U.S. and Canada. IMAX 3-D accounted for 40% of the grosses.
Other box office totals: 2. Bee Movie, $14.3 million, 3. American Gangster, $13.2 million, 4. Fred Claus, $12 million, 5. Mr. Magorium’s Wonder Emporium, $10 million.

ITA All this nonsense surrounding Z is absurdity to the 10th power and smacks of bigotry. Angelina is Z’s mother and Brad is her father. End of story. Who cares who Z’s bio mother is and if she’s alive or not? The facts are that she was up for adoption. End of story. She has parents now and Z was chosen for them. One thing that I am wondering about is how do these supposed assorted bio family know that the child that they gave up is actually Z? Aren’t there many many children up for adoption? That’s why the statement that I read by that woman that she’s happy that Z is with a famous actress jumped out at me!. Adoption agencies give children to people, not famous anything. I also smell a rat in this story becasue nowhere does it mention Brad. Brad was there with Angelina for the adoption.
If any of you had heard that interview on the radio with Jane Aronson, Angelina’s pediatrician and founder of Worldwide Orphans yesterday, all of this would seem ludicrous. She gave crystal clear accounts of what to expect on international adoptions. also on the sho was a woman who was adopted and decided to look for her birth mother. She made it clear that the interest was purely cultural and that her parents, the one’s who raised her, are her family.

I think what you need to remember is that regardless if this woman is or is not Zahara’s birth mom, she is also a victim here. For all you know, the tabloids came to her and told her Zahara was her daughter and paid her money to tell her story. And being poor, she probably accepted it. And I don’t blame her in the least. The ‘rat’ as you said in this story is only the media. They exploited a woman who has endured a lot of pain and stress to sell magazines.
And why would Brad be mentioned? Angelina adopted Zahara as a single parent. Brad had nothing to do with the process besides being there as moral support. Even if at that moment Angelina considered him Zahara’s father, he could not legally adopt her because they are not married. Angelina’s name is the only one on the paperwork, so obviously any question of the legality of her adoption would be addressed to her, not Brad.
I think we should most of all feel sympathy for the poor woman who has been dragged into this media storm. She has obviously been misled, exploited and had her words twisted to fit the story the media wanted to print. I am sure Angelina would feel the same way. There is no moral ground in the media anymore. It is all about the dollar.

Beowulf should do well. A number of the reviews I’ve read stated how being different from the long epic poem was a good thing for movie goers. They said the changes made it a lot more fun.

Hatespeak is not the same as Free Speech. How could you possibly be “fans” of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt when your behavior is the antithesis of everything they stand for? As I said in my previous post (497), Jolie and Pitt live their politics (as evidenced in the activist work they do, the things they say, and the family they’re building.) That is all we know about them, and all we need to know. What goes on in their private lives is nobody’s business but their own.
Commenting on the private lives of artists shows how shallow you are. You have no way of knowing Tom Cruise’s sexual reality. Until his business affects your business, you need to keep your nose out of his affairs.
From your comments, it is apparent that you both are ignorant. The hateful usually are. You and others like you are the reason activism (like the jolie-pitts’) is necessary. Until we eliminate your kind of hatefulness, it is my obligation to speak out against you anywhere I find you.
