Angelina’s Sunday Son Bonding
Angelina Jolie reportedly takes 6-year-old son Maddox shopping at the Edwards-Lowell Fur Boutique in Beverly Hills Sunday afternoon.
Momgelina carried a shopping bag full of goodies with something hot pink popping out of it. Doesn’t look like fur to me!
Angie’s animated feature Beowulf slayed the competition this past weekend, pulling in $28.1 million in the U.S. and Canada. IMAX 3-D accounted for 40% of the grosses.
Other box office totals: 2. Bee Movie, $14.3 million, 3. American Gangster, $13.2 million, 4. Fred Claus, $12 million, 5. Mr. Magorium’s Wonder Emporium, $10 million.

Let’s be frank…frank. For the amount of screen time Angie has in Beowulf, she has gotten more publicity for this movie than the other actors combined.
The “movies tend to flop” phrase is getting very old. It can be applied to every actress right now, including Cate, Meryl, Nicole, Charlize, Renee, etc. So, give it a rest.

He did. He’s saying it was because it was supposed to be a surprise cameo, but, please. Did you see his out of shape self? The tiniest of Tom’s just doesn’t have a sense of humor and since Lyin’ For Clams isn’t doing well, he’s really in a bad mood. LOL.

Yay!!! :D Thanks Jared!! My all-time favourite duo, Angie and Maddox. :) She’s beautiful as always. I doubt she bought any fur though since I’ve never seen any candid pics of her in fur. In fact she’s always dressed simply and yet she manages to always look so elegant and well-groomed.

Xenu Hates Bloat
The GMD is currently working on a cameo for Ben Stiller’s new movie Tropic Thunder. Ben of course is balls deep in bed with Tom Cruise, also committing to United Artists and the GMD to star in the Hardy Men Movie with shooting scheduled to begin next year.
Obviously willing to return the favour, Tom donned a fat suit and a bald wig in character for Tropic Thunder and was caught by the paps. Once the images started lighting up the web however his intimidating legal team swept in to crush circulation, warning of legal action if magazines and tv shows dared to air the pictures.
Why the gay gay so touchy touchy?
Well…you can hardly blame him, I suppose. This is a man whose entire career has been predicated upon the illusion of virility and youth and heterosexuality. Every queen has aging issues, and the GMD is no exception, especially now, with a fair skinned, beguiling RoboBride on his arm, it is more critical than ever to perpetuate the fraud, to say nothing of the fact that Lions for Lambs was a resounding box office bomb! Hee.

THORNYCROFT: Oh I did, I had dinner with Angelina Jolie and we shared jokes and she’s terribly intelligent and my god she was well briefed on Zimbabwe. She really had done her homework before I met her and she had done her homework on me which is all a bit embarrassing. I thought it was a bit overblown and basically I’ve never been a journalist who kind of goes for the limelight or you know in that celebrity sphere that is very American and very different from the upbringing I’ve had in journalism.
Nevertheless, nevertheless it was good to meet her, she’s just done this extraordinary film about Daniel Pearl the Wall Street journalist who was killed in Pakistan. She plays Daniel Pearl’s wife. Her husband Brad Pitt, the night she came to give me my award, was babysitting the kids. He was one of the producers of that film. So a) she had become interested in journalism, b) she has a particular interest in Africa as she has two children with strong African connections.
Hers and Brad’s baby was born in Namibia and they’ve adopted an Ethiopian Child. So they are very, very interested in Africa and she’s terribly nice. I mean she’s just so ordinary. But my god you see the Hollywood press flashing away with their flashes and it’s a totally different world!
I mean Christiana Amanpour the chief correspondent of CNN who is a working professional working Journalist turning stuff out day by day, she’s a superstar in Washington and she told me that she really is a superstar I mean in Los Angeles but whereas in London she can walk around and nobody notices her - that nobody has any idea who she is.
It’s only really in America where American anchors are superstars and she’s not the anchor she’s the chief correspondent she’s a working daily journalist. It’s a very different pace of life and different exposure and different resources. Of course the stories in the American press are so much longer. Very long stories, I was amazed by that and very little foreign news in the electronic media.
It’s a very different CNN that we in Zimbabwe see if you are lucky enough to have DSTV and ZESA, very different CNN to the one Americans see.

You know… this situation reminds me of ___’s reaction when naked stills from TBU was released.
They both want the glory, but with glory comes gory; neither can really handle that, which is a part of doing comedy. Not that there’s anything wrong with have ‘moobs’.
