Guy Ritchie takes kids Lourdes, 11, and Rocco, 7, to the European premiere of Fred Claus at London’s Empire Cinema Leicester Square on Monday.

she’s gonna grow up to be such a beauty. so she has a lot of hair, lay off the nasty comments, she’s 11 fer cryin’ out loud. which parent would be so evil as to give their child a complex by tryin’ to change the way they look, implyin’ she’s anything less than a raving beauty?
Please, those eyebrows must get trimmed… Is it so hard to get a scissor and fix them? Lourdes is cute, she looks like her mom.

She looks like Frida Kahlo - one of he rmother’s favorite artists. Sh eis beautiful. And we all remember being 11 - you’re supposed to worry about homework, not doing your eyebrows. Girls who worry about eyebrows at 11 are probably getting “C”s in school. Smart girls and smart parents could not care less about these issues. Lourdes’s manin concern should be passing English and math not doing her DARN eyebrows! That is why girls can turn into bimbos by focusing on dumb stuff at 11 years old! You folks are shallow.

Funny, I have waxed my lip and eyebrows since I was 13 or 14. I managed to get A’s and B’s. I even went to college and got a degree and now I have a job and manage to pay bills and everything. Wanting to be well-groomed has no relation to intelligence. If it’s so noticable that it’s THE FIRST AND ONLY THING PEOPLE SEE when her picture is posted, then it should be dealt with.

I think that Madonna wants Lourdes to look like Frida Kahlo. Man, she needs the helps of some tweezers.
she’s a beautiful girl, but DAY-UM … that is a legendary unibrow if i ever saw one. you would think that as glamorous as her mother is, she would at least use some tweezers on that thing?
She is only 11. Maybe by 12 she can start to get the brows/lip done. If she was overly plucked and made up the same people who criticize her brows would be screaming. Overall, she is looking more like Carlos now.

Kudos to Madonna for putting her daughter’s interests (education, intelligence, self-confidence) first as priorities and sticking her finger at all those members of the public who feel they have the right to dictate the dipilatory habits of her child. I wouldn’t have thought it of Madonna (the Queen of Excess) but I admire her for letting her child enjoy her short years of freedom. Imagine the alternative: every 2-4 weeks worrying about waxing or shaving or bleaching, rash, pimples, ingrown hairs…etc. . I HATE these hair-removing methods as an adult and it’s so pre-occupying. It would be even worse for a PRE-TEEN!!!!!
