Nicole Kidman Heads to Supreme Court
Nicole Kidman testifies at the New South Wales Supreme Court on Sunday in Sydney, Australia.
The Oscar-winning actress gave evidence in a defamation case against photographer Jamie Fawcett after being called to court by Fairfax Media, publisher of the Sun-Herald Newspaper.
Nicole, 40, told Judge Carolyn Simpson that she was “really, really scared” while being chased by Fawcett.
“[My driver John Manning] said that they were driving crazy and that they had run red lights and jumped the median strip,” she added. “I was frightened and I was worried about a car accident.”

Nicole is great for her age!she is the most beautiful and talented woman in Hollywwod and deserv respect from everyone.she didn’t stole the husband from any woman, or need a man to be famous!
Stop to attack her for botox and other stupid things! She’s incredibly beautiful without make-up, and she’s a great actress. She has a great, indipendent, brave soul, and she deserves respect.
We are not talking about b****y Paris Hilton! We’re talking about once of the most important and talented actress in Hollywood, and I’m sick to see stupid people to attack her.
And, Nicole is back! Margot was a success at the box-office in the week-end, and the reviews are totally positive.

Nicole is showing respect for the court by dressing appropriately in a classic blouse, sweater and skirt combo and wearing minimal makeup. Yet she still looks like the gorgeous movie star she is.
To those who are disturbed by the fact that she might use fillers to plump out her wrinkles: There is NO ONE, I repeat NO ONE, in Hollywood who hasn’t had major work done to their face, hair, body, etc.
Did anyone else notice the sweat stains under her arms?
Nicole is hounded constantly by the paps. Katie Holmes has to pay the paps (with Tom’s money, of course) to get them to photograph her.
Doesn’t it take more than one car speeding in order for there to be a high speed chase? How fast was her car going? And there must surely be a back door to this court house. Why didn’t she use it and avoid this circus? And Nicole’s own PR team has done a bit of their own tipping off to the paps. How else did they get all those wonderful “family” shots of the harbor cruise? They were there waiting for the happy family. They even had a boat ready. Or the day Bella showed up in Sydney and then went to get her hair dyed blue. Again, they were there waiting for her.
And, Nicole is back! Margot was a success at the box-office in the week-end, and the reviews are totally positive.

That piece of trash is the last person in the world who should be compared to Princess Diana.Maybe Camilla Parker Bowles but never Diana.Did she finally send her see-thru dress off to the cleaners.She should send that sweater she’s wearing I can smell the pit stains from here,you would think she could afford to buy some Secert or Ban roll on or something thats gross.Maybe she’s sweating so much because she’s under oath and God knows from reading her interviews this woman is not on speaking terms with the truth at all.I don’t think she would recognize the truth if it came up and bit her on her bony ass.
