What you said about the pictures is completely absurd.
The pictures haven’t created the gay rumours. The gay rumours were there times before the pictures, at least since the beginning of 2005. PH had the guts to say the name but other gossip websites made hints and created blind items as these:

One of the actors was clearly Neil Patrick Harris. Guess who was the other?
Or like this Janet Charlton’s blind item dated june 2006

For the not so naive fangirls the pictures didn’t come as a surprise but a simply affirmation of suspects and rumours going around for years.
Only for the blind and guillible WM fans the pictures come as a shock.
Truth hurts…
One more thing: with so many gay guys in Hollywood why PH should have made up such an intricate story like this, involving also a semi-unknown actor (known only for his relationship with T.R.Knight)?
He could have limited himself to make a few hints or jokes on the two actors like he does for many other celebrities rumoured to be gay, instead he wrote the news like a well-known fact without any fears of being denied.
And he wasn’t.
Nor by WM or LMF or by the pictures

i could’ve sworn i may have already met him (in chicago) the other day! he was wearing that famillar “puffy” black jacket this time with a grey hood covering his head. when i wished him “have a happy holliday” and, this dude said “you have a happy holliday too” and his voice…it sounded familar too….deep like brad pitt’s i never heard anything like it! i could’ve sworn it was him! ;)

Samira, from what I’ve heard on WFW (I think) it takes up to three months to get a reply. I think it was Mama Bear who was thrilled about her autograph. :) So hold on for a while longer!
Marymi, if it wasn’t him, maybe there are two of them? Wouldn’t that be great!!!!! ;)

samira,we must be twins!, i’ve started writing a letter to went, i’ll send it off next week some time and hopefully i’ll get a reply.
dont forget with the writers strike still on he may have more time to answer his fan mail because he won’t be working, i hope you hear something soon.

i can’t remember who posted the one about him using the same quotes all the time, but i got one thing to say: actors (including went)use these “sound bites” all the time, don’t forget that they get asked the same questions over and over from different journalists, THEY ALL DO IT, it is not a reflection on went’s education that he chooses to do it, it makes things easier in explaining their characters and their projects, don’t forget that the journalists only have a limited amount of time to interview actors at press conferences and such.
me personally, i love the way he talks, he’s always intelligent, articulate and when his sense of humour appears he can be funny, and i’ve always loved his dirty laugh makes you wonder if he’s got a dirty mind to along with it!

and also in the life of an actor/ celeb cannot
happen all days exiting things and as you said the journalists ask the same questions.

Helena, yes, I have read it. It’s an article from a french magazine called “Public”, which isn’t a reliable source. ¡What a pity! I was delighted when I have read it, because he says categorically that he isn’t gay and Luke is only a friend…I asked to a french fan who usually posts in this blog, and she told me that this mag writes anything to sell.

Oh and in case you are too stupid and need more information SERENA — PH SAW the pics first, THAT is how he could write such detailed specific info! The pics were taken already at that time, but it was released publicly, (sold to that agency) at a later date.

On FCoWM everybody agreed that the french interview was a fake.
If you read all the other interviews given by WM you could easily recognize that not even one phrase could be identified like something said by him.

Then till now there is not one interview (on tv or printed) where Went hints to his “close friendship” with LMF.
Maybe he doesn’t like to lie on something so important. Just sayin…

it’s a shame if the quotes are fabricated, i would love to give him plenty of children!
