Jonathan Rhys Meyers @ Mother’s Funeral

There’s just no call for this - yes, he’s an actor, but right now he’s a lad who’s just lost his mam. He’s grieving, and he doesn’t need his very private life - and this is private - splashed over the papers. Pictures of him out on the street were one thing, but this is sick.

Good to hear he had friends around him there, but that’s not our business to see it.

I agree that the paparazzi shouldn’t have been there. And this “brief illness” and death of his mother may explain his recent fall off the wagon.

Ok, first of all, doesn’t anyone have enough deference to respect someone’s loss? Why are photographers picturing him at the funeral of his mother? Why is jared.com even posting these pictures? It’s pretty disgusting…

I agree with those who said this is disgusting. Losing a parent is one of the worst things a person goes through in life. Even celebrities deserve privacy at times like this! These photos should have never been posted anywhere. Jared, first it was the rape story about Zahara, now this, I realize you are a celebrity blogger, but damn, these two ‘insensitive’ and distasteful posts in one week?? I’m quickly losing interest in visiting your site.

I didn’t want to even give the story a ‘hit’, I just read the headline and felt I had to post my opinion. I didn’t even look at the pics. Regardless of my contribution, I’m quickly losing my ‘celebrity lust’ in this age of the unbridled paparazzi. They are everywhere and it’s getting, well not getting, it IS way out of control. Something needs to be done. Some things should just be off limits. LIKE FUNERALS!!!!
