Angelina Jolie was named one of the 25 Top Stars of 2007 for Entertainment Weekly’s “Entertainers of the Year.” Check out a sample of what they had to say:
“Angelina Jolie is currently fulfilling fanboy fantasies in Beowulf with her role as Grendel’s mom. Grendel’s naked mom. In digital 3-D, no less. But energizing her base is hardly the 32-year-old actress’ only accomplishment this year. In A Mighty Heart, Jolie strapped on a prosthetic pregnancy belly, donned a curly wig, and delivered the sort of heart-wrenching turn that reminded audiences why she won that Academy Award (for 1999’s Girl, Interrupted) in the first place. In other words, she acted.”

I dont believe I have seen anything of hers, so I wouldnt even understand the entertainer of the year..All I See of her is her toting kids and pitt around from place to place which keeps her in teh news..but then anything is better than tomkat…

I can totally see Vanessa playing Angie’s daughter in a movie.
Too bad the writers are on strike. I can see Angie playing a rock & roll mom to a conservative daughter. Good idea for a film like this.

What are you people smoking today? Angie is 32. She’s way to young to be playing the mother of those HSM kids. What are they - 20, 21? Older sister, yes. Mother? Hellz no. It’s hard enough for women in the 40s to get movie roles, so quit giving imaginary mother roles to a 32 year-old! I doubt Angie would thank you for it! LOL. Besides - Angie’s an A-list actress and they’re a couple of tv hacktors. Angie’s got better offers on the plate - Atlas Shrugged for on - to be saddled with playing second fiddle to the Tiger Beat crowd’s #1 idols.
Oh man, the blog police are out in full force this evening. AJ got Entertainer of the year. According to the hens, Poor Jen gets the victim/scorned woman of the year. Time to Move on Folks. BP and AJ are together, happily raising a family. AJ has gotten accolades for her amazing performance this year. BP and AJ have 4 adorable children and the past is the past. I am sure that Poor Jen is tired of her fans rehasing the past as I am of reading it. A new Year is dawing and it does not involve a tired, old triangle. Let Poor Jen be recognize for her accomplishment and not a divorce. peace to all.

#255 For all you know the-one-who-shall-not-be-named may be perfect for the role! She’s not a real life mom but she probably have enough tv acting skills to pull her through in the role of a TV mom. Afterall she’s used to mothering dogs so that should meet tv standards.

Are you effin’ kidding me? You don’t consider books entertainment? If not, you’re a symbol of what’s wrong with this country. Quit relying on TV, movies and the computer to shape your life. READ BOOKS! How do you think the freaking Harry Potter movies got made? Where do you think a huge percentage of HW movies start? Yeah - as books.
I can guaran-damn-tee you that several hundred million Harry Potter fans out there will vehemently disagree with you that J.K. Rowling isn’t an “entertainer”.
And for the record - I don’t even like the Harry Potter series! LOL! I just think it’s ridiculous to say that writers aren’t entertainers. That’s why there are novels - because non-fiction just ain’t that “entertaining”!

That was my OPINION of the movie. I didn’t like it and I’m entitled to say that. If you would have had something on here about A Mighty Heart, then I’d say go see it or rent it immediately- amazing film!! See smart a**, you labeled me based on 1 comment. I seriously wonder if you people on here will ever stop dissecting Brad and Jennifer’s marriage. Or stop bashing her for that matter. Haven’t you exhausted that topic yet? Every time I even try to read the comments on this site, I have to scroll through endless debates about J.A. and whether or not Angelina is a homewrecker. Does it really matter 3+ years later? And the bashing comments have stopped being funny months and months ago. Okay, big nose, bad career. We get it for the 1,000th time.
