OlderNicole Kidman: Darth Vader with a Blond Wig
Nicole Kidman (in Givenchy Couture) and country crooner Keith Urban leave the Claridges Hotel hotel in London early Tuesday morning. Mrs. Urban, in one interesting black-leopard-print gradient coat, has been promoting her latest film The Golden Compass, out Dec. 7.
The Golden Compass London film premiere is TONIGHT at Leicester Square’s Odeon Cinema in Westminster. Nicole should be there with the film’s other major movie stars including Daniel Craig, Eva Green and Ian McKellan.

#49, Margot only opened in 35 theaters because it is NOT predicted to be a movie that the masses will embrace and want to see, in other words it is expected to be a box office bust and not make money. If it was predicted to be a success it would have opened more widely.
While some would argue that it is the art that counts, an actress that gets paid what she does had better bring people into those theaters. Nicole Kidman doesn’t. She is a sub par actress and if she hadn’t hooked up with Tom, she would be a has been by now.
The Compass movie will probably do well because it is a kids movie and because of the other things surrouding the movie. Interesting is that the buzz is about the controversey not about whether the acting or the movie is good. Kidman will not be the one that will bring them in to see this movie. She’s going to get attention because they paid her the big bucks. It’s the controversey and kid aspect and holiday season that will sell the tickets. And I predict it will be the little girl that in the end will make or break this movie in terms of how well it sells tickets. She is the one that is the focal point for all the promos I have seen and she will end up the star of this one. Though the controversey could backfire if the movie doesn’t hold up to the controversey.

Totally agree with Deb I wish she would get away from Keith,but George Clooney is way to nice to be stuck with her.I’m having trouble coming up with with some one I dislike enough to deserve her.Maybe Michael Vick,she seems like she would get off torturing helpless animals.THey would make a good couple.Two evil,hateful,worthless hunks of crap.
