Katie Holmes (in Monique Lhuillier) looks like she adopted daughter Suri’s hairstyle as she stands by her main man Tom Cruise at the 2007 Bambi Awards on Thursday in Duesseldorf, Germany.
Tom, 45, received a Bambi Award in the category of “Courage” for his willingness to take risks in his film work, including the upcoming movie Valkyrie, which details the failed Operation Valkyrie plot to kill Adolf Hitler.
“Tom Cruise is making an international public familiar with a story that has never before been the theme of a major Hollywood production: the German resistance against the Third Reich,” said a rep from the Bambi Awards.

Gulriz Sururi has been wearing the same haircut and the same eye makeup for years… Well actually, i haven’t seen her any other way, ever.
Anyway, i liked Katie Holmes with this look. She needed an edgy cut considering how young she is.

This couple is soooooooo creepy! If you look at the photos there is no substance to their faces. They’re just two blank dummies. I actually think Katie looks good but the whole get up is so styled and so fake that I can not admire her or think that she is some sort of fashionista. That is not the REAL Katie Holmes. Tom Cruise and his minions have obviously gone in and re-tooled her image, so what is their to gush about or admire? If we were all stepford wives who had whole scientoligist armies to style our clothes and hair then we would look “classy” and “beautiful” too. Ew, they make me want to vomit!!
Katie’s haristyle is the least of her problems. In fact, i quite like it. the only reason it isnt banging on her is because she isnt wearing it like she owns it. The hairstyle is wearing her. Her lack of confidence shows. Too bad so sad.
That being said, however: (1) Why does she not smile like she means it? Where are her teeth? the one thing no one can take away from Tom is his infectious smile. Look at him in pic #8 and 10.

i think the reason most people don’t like this haircut (besides the fact that it screams “help”) is that it covers katie’s jawline which personally i find to be her most attractive feature. what’s left showing…..not so great.
