Pax Thien Jolie-Pitt celebrates his 4th birthday today!
He’s the second oldest of Brad Pitt and Angelnia Jolie’s four kids. Pax was born in Vietnam on November 29, 2003 and was adopted by Angie on March 15, 2007.
Angelina once revealed that her late mother, Marcheline, chose the name Pax before she passed away. “She loved that name,” Angie said. “He came home, and I couldn’t call her.”
She has also said that Pax is the wildest person in the house and has trouble getting him fully dressed. Angie has said, “I’m still having trouble convincing Pax that underwear and pants go together - underwear is not pants!”
She added, “Today was Pax’s second day of school, and the teachers told me that when they went out in the playground, Mad came over to his brother and pulled him around in a wagon. Then later he was crying and Mad patted him on the back. Maybe it sounds like a little thing, but as any parent knows, that was huge news. I called Brad at work. So it’s moments like that where you think, ‘Oh, I might be okay!”’

There must be a strong connection between Brad and Pax, both being Saggitarians, they would have similar ways and personalities. Sags are known to be a handful when young, full of energy, so their description of Pax as a lively one suits. Also good connection between Mad (Leo) and Pax, both being fire signs, they’ll probably always be close brothers.

My hubby’s birthday was yesterday, he’s also a Sag like Brad and Pax. I can tell you that despite all the flak, criticism, mud that Brad has endured for his hook-up with Angie, as a Sag he does not care one iota as Saggitarians march to the beat of their own drum and they couldn’t care less what others think of them, they pay no attention to it, barely even acknowledge it. Loved that about them, very confident about themselves and their choices type of people.

Thanks Jared for the new thread and the wonderful photos. That was so sweet of you!!!! The pictures remind me of how fast Pax has adapted to the family - from the scared, crying little boy in the Vietnamese orphanage to the happy go lucky kid tackling the jungle gym in Central Park. It just shows what great parents Brad and Angie are.
I hope they have a fantastic celebration. :-)

OT, sort of, but Shi just turned a year-and-a-half two days ago. It seems she was just born yesterday. And Zee is just about to turn three. My goodness time flies quickly!
