OlderBest Buddies with Vanessa Hudgens
Vanessa Hudgens pays a visit to Ocean Drive Magazine to promote the charity program Best Buddies on Friday in Miami Beach, Florida.
Best Buddies is a program that provides employment opportunities and one-to-one friendships for people with intellectual disabilities.
The 18-year-old High School Musical star and Best Buddies pal Pelayo Vigil shadowed an office assistant who works at Ocean Drive.
“I’m here today in Miami to support Best Buddies,” Vanessa told NBC6. “Best Buddies is an amazing organization that helps support people with mental disabilities. Today, it actually puts them in jobs, which is why I’m here at Ocean Drive. [Best Buddies] is an amazing program, you know. My manager is the person who actually developed it, and I found out about it and I thought it was an amazing organization. It’s really neat to reach out to people who are, like, fans, too. Just to be able to be a part of their lives is really neat.”
A Best Buddies gala and fundraiser, which will have a performance by Ciara, will be held Saturday night at Bicentennial Park.

I’m with you on this,REALLY hope they can make it long term.They certainly have everything going for them.I miss seeing pics of them together,but thats obvioulsy how they want it,can’t blame them really.I think its a good sign that they want to keep their private lives ‘private’,it shows how important their relationship is to them.If they didn’t care so much about each other they wouldn’t care about how/where they were photographed.

Actually, they both have admitted it, Zac said in an interview “Yes we are dating, but I don’t want to talk about my personal life” and every picture with them on it you can tell, besdies, everyone else of the HSM cast keep saying how cute and amazing those tow are together..

Those two have already been through so much and their still going strong, so much have been thrown their way in their 2 year long relationship and stuff just keeps coming. I really hope that they’ll be able to keep up and stay together because I know that if they can, everyone can, because I think that they’re a great example of how a real relationship should be.

I think she looks ackward when the guy takes picture with her close. But that’s probably because she just met him. I’d be like that too when I take picture of people I don’t know.

go sox:: i’ve met many people who do charity work just because you are a fan of Vanessa Hudgens doesn’t mean she is the only one doing something im sure she wouldn’t be thinking of others if she were an ordinary girl from California not living in the limelight most of these Disney Channel stars only show up at events and by them doing that it brings in money for the charity they are sponsoring.
Britney Spears donates alot and has her own charity until i see other Disney stars doing the same i will make sure to give them a shout out HEY!!!!

yeah, I can definetly see the awkwardness. It’s not just you. I mean that guy is wanting her to take a million pictures with him and im sure shes just like hm uhhhh okay haha. she looks more natural being photographed with the two little girls.

No matter how much I want Zac and Vanessa’s relationship to last I know that there is a huge possibility that it wont specially because they are sought after actors and they can’t do anything ordinary or at least act like a teenager. I still really want them to last. In my mind, I keep saying that they will break-up; reunite years later when they are more mature about handling a relationship whilst being under the microscope.
