OlderAshley Tisdale Gets a Nose Job
Ashley Tisdale got a nose job on Friday in Los Angeles, reports People.
The bandaged High School Musical star gave a little interview about her rhinoplasty procedure:
On the same procedure that Ashlee Simpson had to have to correct her breathing: “Growing up I always knew I had a deviated septum on the right side of my nose, which caused trouble breathing. The older I got, the worse it got. I went to get it checked out, and the doctor told me the septum was 80 percent deviated and that I had two small fractures on my nose.”
On her recuperation: “I’m not feeling great today. It’s uncomfortable and I hope this is the only time I ever have to go through something like this.”
On her five-hour procedure: “I was completely scared. I wasn’t looking forward to the surgery at all. I actually had trouble sleeping for a week before.”
On not advocating plastic surgery and not recommending it to anyone else: “I didn’t do this because I believe in plastic surgery. I did this to help my health. I literally almost could not breathe out of the right side of my nose. I want my fans to know the truth. I’m not someone who is going to act like I had nothing done. I just want to be honest because my fans are everything to me.”
Tisdale, 22, will be fully recovered for the filming of High School Musical 3, which begins Spring 2008.

getting your deviated septum fixed doesn’t mean getting plastic surgery on your nose. I had a deviated septum and went to a doctor not a plastic surgeon. Why is she saying she doesnt believe in plastic surgery when having a deviated septum has nothing to do with plastic surgery? ***** got a nose job and is trying to cover it up. Sad.

oh well go ashley. not everyone has plastic surgery because they want to make themselves look better. i had plastic surgery when I was 12 and again when I was 14 on something that would have pained me for the rest of my life not just so i could fit into our “normal societys standards”

I think anyone is silly enough to not be convinced that Manley is a dumb bimbo, yet.
I don’t believe her. So many celebs have nosejobs and lots of them use the same excuse. Plus we’ve never heard about her nose problems before until now.
People also often criticize her nose and she’s probably complexed about it. So yeah, she’s just trying to cover up IMO. So superficial.

This is interesting to me….I have a question:
I am a grown adult, and I’m certainly not a fan of these high school children, so I haven’t spent hours on end staring at photos of her, so I really don’t know if there’s much of a difference in the look of her face. This is more a general question about nose jobs and “divated septums”, which is the common reason for having surgery on your nose without seeming vain.
My question is this: Is it not possible to correct a divated septum without changing the structure of your nose??

I’ve heard deviated septums are a real pain so I don’t blame her for wanting it corrected

I think that it’s great that she did if it helped her health, and even if she would have done plastic surgery, who cares, it’s non of our bussiness what she does or doesn’t do, as long as it something she wants then it’s all fine.
And I don’t like the fact that so many people think that they have the right to call others ugly, I mean, I sugest that you look in the mirror before you do, and then if you’re the most perfect person in the world (well, that’s a matter of the eyes of the beholder) then you can b ash others, but before then, I would keep my mouth shut. You don’t have to like her, that’s not what I’m saying, I am saying that you should be careful to judge anyone else when you yourself isn’t perfect, would you like it if people judge you by the way you look? dress? talk? No, I didn’t think so and if you don’t like her then it’s easy to just scroll down and avoid the threads you don’t like.
Trust me, I doubt either of you want to be known as the person that hates everyone else, it will only make people (even in real life because I bet that’s how you are there as well) and avoid you and eventually you will end up alone.

I’m not at all surprised that she got a nose job. First of all, she really needed one anyway. Also, I’ve always thought she’s just a pretentious snob who thinks she’s all that but really isn’t. I still can’t stand her singing - she thinks she can sing, but she can’t - her nasally voice. She’s so pretentious and shallow. Can’t stand her, and her lame excuse about her deviated septum and not being able to breathe - yeah right! You’re so fake Ashley! You expect us to believe you lame excuse for being so vane and superficial! Please - we weren’t born yesterday!
So it might be true. Anyway, I also had a deviated septum but could breathe prefectly. I like her anyway, she’s a goddesss with that nose.

vanessa and ashley are friends and good co-workers, I don’t know why people want to se rivalry between them. BOTH OF THEM are beautiful, and BOTH OF THEM have good careers, so stop hating people. Admire people for their acomplishment, not for what people gossip of them. Happy Holidays!

She doesn ‘t seriously think anyone will believe her right? I hate liars and it doesn’t matter if she “admitted” to getting surgery if she is going to lie about why she’s getting it. She shouldn’t of said anything if she was going to lie… In the begining i didn’t like her because i thought she was a lip-syncing ho but i toleraterd her just fine because i like Vanessa and there best friends but now… like i said before, i hate liars.
