Cute-as-a-button Hayden Panettiere heads for her daily workout at the Ultra Body Fitness Gym in West Hollywood on Monday. The Heroes hottie kept in tip-top shape with an hour-and-a-half workout.
Creator and executive producer Tim Kring spoke with TV Guide about the season 2 finale of Heroes.
On Elle clearly sparking when Mohinder called her a hero: “Kristen Bell gave us the perfect reaction in that scene. For a moment there, Elle sees she’s been given an opportunity to use her powers in a good way. And she absolutely likes the sound of that word ‘hero.’”
On the one upside to the writer’s stirke: “Sylar getting his power back does not bode well for our heroes. Originally, Quinto was not going to be available for much of Volume 3 because of his commitment to the new Star Trek film. Now, with the strike dragging on, he’ll likely be done playing young Spock by the time Heroes returns to production.”
Yay, more Mr. Eyebrows, aka Zachary Quinto! He’s pictured below at the NY premiere of Sweeney Todd, taken yesterday. Quinto, 30, will be playing the new Spock in JJ Abrams’ Star Trek movie.

I enjoyed the episode and it made me REALLY hope that the Writer’s Strike reaches some kind of resolution SOON, so “Heroes” before next fall. I wasn’t too broken up about Nikki because I’ve been into that character or her story nor understood how her powers worked. I always thought the whole thing was needlessly complicated. Though I do feel for poor Micha being orphaned though.
I hope Nathan pulls through which surprised me because I’ve never been a HUGE fan of Petarelli brothers. Although over the course of this season they have grown on me particularly Nathan. It helped to see him finally pick a side. And I find Mama Petrelli’s Machavallian scheming intriguing.
While the cliffhanger with Sylar gave me chills I’m not too thrilled he got his powers back actually. I’m probably in the minority here and that’s okay, but I’m actually kind of tired of the character. I think he’s been on TOO MUCH and has lost his mystique. Zachary Quinto is TERRIFIC in the role I’m just ready for someone else to manace our “Heroes.” I wouldn’t want him gone permently but I do think the character needs a break. I realize most people will disagree with me on point *nub ya Steph* and that’s okay.
