Breakfast With Nikki Blonsky
Breakfast buddies Nikki Blonsky and John Travolta hit up The Hollywood Reporter’s Women in Entertainment breakfast honoring Jodie Foster held at the Beverly Hills Hotel on Tuesday in Beverly Hills, Calif.
The 19-year-old Hairspray actress Nikki Blonsky will pick up the Rising Star Award next month at the Palm Springs International Film Festival Awards Gala. Netflix will be hosting an outdoor sing-along screening of Hairspray during the festival. Into the Wild actor Emile Hirsch will pick up the other Rising Star Award also on Jan. 5.

Zac/Nikki are just the ultimate for me. I don’t think I have ever seen two co-stars who share what they do. I’ve seen co-stars that get along great and play off each other well, but nothing like them.
Nonna, I applaud you. Very well said. I’m one of those people who also sees something between Zac and Nikki and I love it. I realize that some people don’t see it and that’s fine but that’s no reason to insult either Zac or Nikki or question the validity of their friendship. I’ve had people tell me that it’s insane to think that they could ever be together but if everyone thought the same way and there was no difference of opinion life would be boring. That said, there’s a polite way to voice a difference of opinion as opposed to one that makes the holder of that opinion look immature.
As a fan of Zac and Nikki I have to agree with you. I’m not delusional. I know Zac and Vanessa are together and I know that the chances of Zac and Nikki ever taking a step above friendship are slim. But you know what they say, if it’s meant to be it’ll happen.
And even if it doesn’t there’s always fanfics. LOL! Zikkishrine sure isn’t helping with my fanfic problem. Hi, I’m Lanie and I read too many fanfics. LOL

Thanks Lanie. :D And your exactly right…that is what irks me the most…when people hate on Nikki, it has nothing to truly do with NIKKI. Very true. As I have said I for one, don’t go into posts of people I don’t like just to bash them. What’s the point? It just shows people you are ignorant.
I definitely see something between them, if it ever becomes more time will tell. Maybe the possibility, the ‘what if’, or ‘almost’ is what gets people riled up. Because it could happen. Whether or not it ever does remains to be seen. ;)
Yes, fanfic is awesome and very addicting. No matter what I will always cherish their friendship and the closeness they share. Do you post on FF Lanie?

I do post on Fanficition.net. I just started a few months ago, I’ve done HSM fics (Troy/Gabriella and Troy/Ryan). I’d like to do a Zac/Nikki someday, I’m waiting for the right plot bunny to strike me. When I do I’ll probably post it on the zikkishrine livejournal I just discovered (awesome fics there!) since FF.net frowns on real people fic.

Aaaw! I love the picture of Nikki and John, it really shows how close they are, and I’m glad they have the same relationship they seemed to have back during shooting and promo for Hairspray. Cuteness!
