Vanessa Hudgens keeps a tight grip onto her pet pooch, Shadow, as she enters a recording studio in Santa Monica, Calif. on Tuesday.
The High School Musical star has been busying working on her music career, laying down tracks for her sophomore album.

I never thought that I would, and now here I am finding myself going on Just Jared at work, or when I get home, just to see if I can see something…. I got hooked when my kids started singing the songs, and I realized… My God I know them too, and then when the photo scandal, I couldnt believe that people were critizing her for it… no matter what I was letting my kids watch this movie, so there it is in a nut shell.. lol

Hi NJ in the House, I’m 34, Male and I live in Washington State. As far as how I got hooked on “HSM” I was at the store with some money burning a hole in my pocket and I saw “HSM” on DVD. I had heard about the phenomanon but hadn’t seen it since I didn’t have cable at the time. So I bought out of curiosity and the rest as they say is history.
Elle, Narf tells me you started it, so you better behave yourself. Or there will be on “HSM2″ for a week.
okay…female from HI, 26. Not really into HSM (– –;; not really into Musical, and out of all the HSM, I only watched HSM1, and 10 min of HSM2 and clips). I guess you could say that I became a fan of her through her music, and through the trials she went through and how she handled it. I’m really looking forward to her new projects, which I’m really hoping won’t be another musical. Yeah, I know HSM3 is coming up, and yes…I will go to the theater to give them my support. (I will even buy that HSM2 DVD when it comes out. Just not sure if I’ll watch it though. Maybe I’ll fast forward and watch the kissing scene and the bonus)
NJ in the House…..I’m from Boston, MA. And let’s just say I have a 25, 23, and 18 yr old……I watched HSM one night and got my daughters into it! They’re the older ones! Sometimes we have chick flick night, and curl up with popcorn and watch them both! We just think they’re fun!

And NJ, I watched HSM on one of the 100 time it was shown on the cruise I went on. After that, I heard there was a sequel and had to see it. Two days later I heard Zac and Vanessa were really dating, and I shouted “I knew it”. After that I was really hooked.
