OlderHayden Panettiere Joins The Weather Channel
Actress and environmentalist Hayden Panetierre and momager Lesley keep bundled while traveling through LAX airport in Los Angeles on Thursday. The mother-daughter duo caught a flight to Washington DC, where Hayden will speak at “The Forecast Earth Summit by The Weather Channel” about her involvement in the Save the Dolphins campaign and the Declare Yourself to vote initiative.
Created by The Weather Channel, the Forecast Earth Summit will focus on environmental education and provide interaction with numerous environmental leaders, enthusiasts and scientists. The Weather Channel recently announced the group of 22 high school “eco-ambassadors” selected through a nationwide essay contest to showcase their passion for helping the environment. The 22 winning students, representing 14 states, will participate in the upcoming Forecast Earth Summit.
In other Hayden news, the limited edition “Hayden Bag” by Dooney and Bourke is now on sale at Dooney.com. And next week, Hayden will be a presenter at the Z100 Jingle Ball at Madison Square Garden in New York City on Friday, Dec. 14.
