JK Rowling: Most Fascinating Person of 2007
Harry Potter author J.K. Rowling was just named Barbara Walters’s “Most Fascinating Person of 2007.” No new interview was aired, just old clips of the British writer were shown.
Next most fascinating people: sexy Spice Girl Victoria Beckham, her soccer superstar husband, David Beckham, pop singer Justin Timberlake, Emmy Award winner Katherine Heigl, Academy Award winner Jennifer Hudson, former President William Jefferson Clinton, and MySpace media moguls Tom Anderson and Chris DeWolfe.

not on the list cause the way he thinks hes so interesting makes him NOT.
Many people may not agree with this choice however she has done what few have and that is get millions of kids and adults alike literally salivating over a book. In an age where television and video games rule that is quite an accomplisment.
On a side note…it was 17 years in the making i believe.
she’s made about a zillion (z) dollars… but, fascinating? i didn’t even know people cared about her. oh well
she was #1 in the list? nu way, i just watched the JT part, glad he came on 1st, think he’s cute.

she deserves recognition for her outstanding harry potter books. the entire series is fun and enjoyed by all ages. but why did she have to ruin it and say that dumbledore is gay?? information nobody needed.
