Panettiere Loves Pampering

Hayden Panettiere makes the most of her free day by pretty-ifying herself with a mani-pedi at the Isle of Serenity on Santa Monica Blvd in West Hollywood on Wednesday.

The 18-year-old Heroes hottie wore a cute pink off-the-shoulder top over her white tank, tight jeans and nude Christian Louboutin shoes.

I have to agree.
though does anyone know where to find that pink top and jeans, or somewhat similar? I won´t even ask the shoes cause I know I can´t afford. and JJ why say shes 18, like we don´t know already LOl.
