Zac Efron @ ‘Seventeen’ Set
Zac Efron takes a quick break to eat between takes on the set of his new film Seveteen in Southern Calif. on Wednesday.
The 20-year-old Seventeen star was seen shooting a backyard basketball scene as his character Mike O’Donnell, so this pic is his actually movie costume! The film tells the story of a 36-year-old man, in need of a major life do-over, who wakes up in the body of a studly high school senior.

Btw, I watched HSM2 yesterday, and I just realized again what a great actor Zac really is. I love that scene in which Troy’s talking to his dad in his bedroom and says “I don’t even know who I am anymore” (or something like that). Wow!
Don’t get me wrong, I know that the fact that he’s an amazing actor isn’t any news to anyone! Just wanted to share my thoughts… I’m sorry if I’m not making any sense, it’s getting late again. :D
Chace Crawford (from Gossip Girl) is like a much better looking STRAIGHT Zac Gayfron.
But I am glad they didn’t give this part to Chace because this movie is going to bomb because (1) all of Matthew Perry’s movies bomb and (2) the storyline in this movie has already been done 100 times and the public are tired of it.
Hee hee, don’t worry Elisa, that made perfect sense. I love that scene too, although I always find myself looking at the pictures in the room of Gabriella. The one on his beside table where they look like they’re at a dance always makes me smile. :)
I got to watch HSM 2 as well yesterday but at work! I work in a supermarket but we sell dvd’s as well. To promote the release of the dvd over here, management set up a tv at the end of one of the aisles and had the dvd playing. In a five hour shift I got to see parts of the movie, the behind the scenes videos, the bloopers etc…
It’s amazing how fast time goes when you get to stare at Zac every couple of minutes!

OH MY GOD…wouldn’t it be cool if Zac is nominated for an oscar for best actor for Seventeen and Leonardo DiCaprio is nominated for best actor the same year. Then Zac would be able to thank Leonardo on stage when he accepts his award!!! I can’t wait!!!

Nah, trust me, you don’t want it, having the movie playing was the only thing that made it bearable :)

LOL. With all the negativity they put up, someone gotta counteract them w/ something positive. They might not admit it, but they’re obsessed with our couple as much as we are, if not…MORE.
Ellie, I can imagine your reaction… I would be the same way. Yesterday me and my best friend (I got her hooked on HSM ;) ) were listening to HSM songs with an iPod at school, and I had serious trouble not singing along! Imagine what my school mates would have thought if I had started singing ‘Breaking free’ outloud… I must admit that I did some lip synching, though. :D
Ellie, I just watched your ‘Summer lovin’ HSM 2 style’ vid and now I really want to watch both HSM2 (a little worrying since I just watched it yesterday) AND Grease. I blame you! :D
I’m happy there was a Zac sighting…Someone must have the Zanessa pics if he dropped her off before going to where he had to go to. Well anyway, I hope Zac doesn’t shy away from the camera’s too much…I can see what Hollywoods doing now…they’re pumping up actor Chace Crawford, who is a Zac Efron look alike…you better believe Hollywood will try to slide him in Zac’s place as the next big hearthrob hottie….

Hee hee, I have the same problem when I go to uni! I have to catch a bus and a train to get there which is about a 1/12 hour trip so I always listen to my ipod. If I’m sitting where no-one can really see me, I start mouthing the words. One of these days, I’m going to actually start singing out loud and not realise it, I just know it!
