Zac Efron @ ‘Seventeen’ Set
Zac Efron takes a quick break to eat between takes on the set of his new film Seveteen in Southern Calif. on Wednesday.
The 20-year-old Seventeen star was seen shooting a backyard basketball scene as his character Mike O’Donnell, so this pic is his actually movie costume! The film tells the story of a 36-year-old man, in need of a major life do-over, who wakes up in the body of a studly high school senior.

Did everyone see the article in Ok Mag with Johnny Depp now i don’t normally read ok as a rule because most of the time they print a lot of rubbish but i was mega bored!!
Anyway he is talking about doing musicals and said he would join the cast of hsm3 if he was asked and he could play someones grandfather!

Ludy #26, I agree with you. Zac is a VERY smart young man, who had a 4.3 GPE in high school. He was still talking this September about going to USC, so I REALLY hope he does! He is too smart to not get a degree. And, if he studied film like he wants, he would have a real versatility for a future in this business.
I adore him, and wish him every success. Like Nikki Blonsky says, he’s even more beautiful on the inside! And I think he deserves every ounce of success he achieves!
Hee hee, I can imagine Johnny Depp saying something like that, he comes across as a guy who can joke with reporters. Can you imagine him in it? I wouldn’t see him as a grandfather. Hmmm, maybe he could play the new drama teacher who competes with Ms Darbus, or maybe someone’s rich uncle who comes to visit :)

Yeah, I think I’d go with the drama teacher idea. The new guy in town, even kookier than Ms Darbus with an even more outrageous wardrobe who highjacks the first annual Senior Class Musical. Putting on a musical production of Edward Scissorhands, he snubs Sharpay and Ryan, casting Alan (The geeky dude who auditioned in the first HSM) in the lead role, causing Ms Darbus to have an utter meltdown…
Genius idea and bringing Alan back well in the words of Sharpay inspired!!!
