Kristen Bell may have received her geek credentials from Veronica Mars, but she’s having little trouble transitioning to her role as electric-powered Elle on NBC’s hit show Heroes.
The 27-year-old actressed picked up the award for “Hottest Newcomer” at Spike TV’s 2007 Video Game Awards at the Mandalay Bay Events Center on Friday in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Congrats, Kristen! The 2007 Video Game Awards will air this Sunday @ 9PM ET/PT on Spike TV.

This girl is so overrated - and the thing is I’m not sure why. She starred in a low rated just-okay show that was watched by, what, three million people eveA ry week. Then those three million people act like she is a Goddess. Not! To top it off she joins a show when said show is floundering in the ratings, floundering with audiences and actually got so bad that the creator apologized for it being so bad!
This girl is a niche and will never be A List. Overrated! Oh and it’s not like she has more than on acting emotion anyway. Monotone voice too.

To Overrated:Veronica Mars is a show that had a huge success everywhere, in Europe we love it VERY MUCH! and we’re not only 3 million as such as in America, (sorry this is what you say about that, but i don’t believe that it’s the true); anyway and luckily, in our culture it’s quality, not the numbers that makes the difference.. and V.M. is really a great show!!!
Kristen and Jason Dohring were a very hot tv couple!!!I hope that one day, they’ll work together again!!

More than ever! It’s sick how much I miss LoVe and the show. TV sucks.
soooo pretty. overrated? yeah sure, that’s why she’s only being recognized now after being a good actress for years now.
Kristen deserves all the recognition she’s getting. Not only is she a good actress but a really nice person.
