Renee is the voice of Vanessa Bloome in Bee Movie, which has grossed over $100 million since it opened last month.
Last week, The Hollywood Reporter came out with the Top Ten List of Highest Paid Actresses. Zellweger ranked fifth, behind Reese Witherspoon, Angelina Jolie, Cameron Diaz and Nicole Kidman.

She’s getting paid fine… I saw her on Jonathan Ross yesterday and she was a really nice person, she really doesn’t deserve massive hate she gets just because of the way she looks. Hollow people!

I’m presuming that they’re dubbing the German version of the film, which seems silly because Seinfield and Zellweger are promoting the film as voice actors!

ha no she’s not underpaid, everyone else is overpaid…it amazes me that someone like reese witherspoon makes so much yet meryl streep isn’t anywhere near the top of the list…not even in the top 20…with renee having four films on the way, at $10-15M a pop, that’s a (minimum) $40M annual income (maximum $60M)…that ain’t hurtin for cash

I suppose I do respect Renee, but honestly, how has she become such a well-paid actress? Firstly, she is not at all pretty, at least in my opinion. Secondly, her voice is absolutely grating (which makes me question her choice as a “voice actress”) and thirdly, her acting is absolutely terrible. Whenever I see a movie with her in it, she essentially ruins the movie for me. I’m sorry, but I just cannot stand her. I am sure she is a nice person, but I just don’t understand how she has made it in the film business. It’s not jealousy, seeing as I dont’ exactly want to be a film actor, but I just don’t get it. Seinfeld is funny though. I’ve not seen the movie….
