The A-listers came out in droves for the early Sunday morning for the WBC welterweight title fight between Ricky Hatton and Floyd Mayweather at the MGM Grand Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie looked quite cuddly as they drew plenty of attention. Denzel Washington cheered frantically from his seat. David Beckham looked like he was getting down with Kid Rock. Gwen Stefani and rocker husband Gavin Rossdale looked really into the fight.

lots of the english men who were in the posh seats would have worn suit, shirt and tie. likewise the women would have also been more dressed up than say angelina and gwen were. its what you’d wear in england if you were sitting in the posh seats at a bowing match.

my dad waited for this match all day yesterday!
he gets annoyed with Mayweather but he’s not exactly a Hatton supporter either.
he just really likes boxing, yeah i know, i don’t get it either.
what’s funnier is that my mom watches it with him…
it’s really funny to watch my folks watch boxing.
the boxing bug in me comes and goes but i heard yesterday’s match was pretty good.
The coat and tie crowd are not overdressed. That is standard dress code for a boxing match…if you are anybody. Nowadays, casually elegant works for almost any event, but coat and tie is standard for boxing.

i think the suits are really more the old tradition when boxing was just for the entertainment of the elites.
that’s why i like the fact that americans are more relaxed with the dress code, makes it more of like “for the masses”, if you know what i mean.

This was obviously a match to showcase England - but the Brits were very rude and disrepectful to America. They sounded and acted like a bunch of hooligans. Too bad, considering British talent (actors, musicians, directors, etc.) make most of their money in America.
England is trying to break into the American sports market, like they have done with movies and music. But showing so little respect to your host country will only back fire.

They’re just rude and disrespectful at sports events, period. You should see them at soccer games. Their fans are so notorious that they’ve been banned from some European matches. Must be some kind of weird Brit mindset. It’s just plain tacky to go to a sports event and start acting like an animal in a zoo.

I think it’s impressive how much she accomplished and she is only 32!
It’s great that she has all those licences, American,
British plus Mechanical (or something like that!),
and can fly any plane she wants.

This is their Cessna 208B, the larger family plane that Brad flew out to Angie’s photoshoot in the Vogue article. Angie said they co pilot each other very well, so they most likely took turns in the pilot and copilot seats coming and going to and from LV. Brad qualified on this plane first while Angie was pregnant, then she qualified last fall. To qualify you have to fly so many hours and demonstrate your knowledge of and competence in each size plane. I don’t know if Angie still has the smaller 4 seater anymore, there have been no pixs of the smaller plane in a while.

Angie did not say that very recently. Angie and Brad have now been back in the States and in Cali long enough to get some flying hours accomplished in their plane. They have been able to keep a low profile and it is perfectly plausible to make an assumption that they might have flown Gwen and Gavin in their plane. On the other hand they may have had a pilot along for the trip that the pixs did not show.

It is so evident that you are both in agony as more time goes by and Brad and Angelina are as in love as they have always been. You spend so much time and energy searching for something that you consider negative, anything at all, to post in a Brad/Angelina thread. These pics have only inflamed your misery, seeing them out in public having fun with each other and with friends, flying in their plane with friends, because one of your tentposts has been that Brad had lost all his friends, that Angelina had none, that Angelina isolated Brad from his friends and from those activities that he liked, which tenents you always lacked any proof of. You wanted to think that Brad was miserable, never true, and that Angelina was just temporarily in Brad’s life, that Brad only stayed with Angelina because of the kids. Again, not true, not true, not true, none of your delusions are true. And now you have to observe them out out on a date, interacting as a loving couple, and it’s like a slap of reality in your face.
LK comments that in his opinion and from what he observed that Angelina and Brad are completely in love with and totally support each other, that they are a terrifc couple, sent you Sam/it scurrying off like a rat to seek out every number to do with Brad’s interview and then attempt to spin them negatively. How very sad.
Look at the two of them in these pics, they are smiling, happy, Brad’s got his face splitting smile on his face, Angelia is radiating happiness. They are not faking, they truly enjoy being with each other and supporting the other’s interests. Even you recognize this is reality, this is what is.
Now a rational person would ask themselves why am I so obsessed with these strangers, and then procure some mental health assistance. But then you are not rational, so you will waste more of your lives frantically seeking that which does not exist.
