Kate Walsh is a Jet Setter

Kate Walsh (with her manager in tow) jets out of LAX airport in Los Angeles on Saturday.

The 40-year-old actress is flying overseas to promote Private Practice, including a stop (reportedly) in Madrid on the 17th since the show kicks off there January 24th.

Kate also recently defended Jennifer Love Hewitt’s bikini shots as well: “She’s a person and she’s not being lit in a studio and made up, or airbrushed, or wardrobed, and it’s not a fat thing — you’re on a beach and you’re on vacation.”

Thanks for the pictures Jared. The first time I posted there were only 2 pictures-hence the ‘that’s it’ comment. Is Kate going to be out of the country until after the 17th? Poor Kate! She’s working hard, but at least she gets to see Europe.

MEME- Kate will be back by the 20th because she is announcing the SAG nominations. This is a good thing because even if Private Practice isn’t nominated, Kate will probably also be presenting an award which means she will be going to the SAG awards which will most likely mean more Kate and Alex pictures.

i thought they actually had one more episode left, i think i read that on either entertainment weekly or OMG on yahoo. and i think there are only 2 new episodes of grey’s left too :(

I took the pictures of Kate at LAX. She’s always a pleasure to work with. I was also at her wedding in Ojai last Sept. 1. My lasy pics of her was a shoot for “Private Practice” at the Gay & Lesbian Center in L.A. That day I just waved at her (and she waved back) as overzealous production people tried to shield her from me and my partner Chris. Nevertheless, Chris and I got the shots. Check the link below:

She looks stunning and flying Lufthansa First Class … very good Kate. that means she’s definitely flying to Germany (at least to get a connection flight) but I really hope she does some promotion on Germany since one station has bought Private Practice.
