Julia Roberts and Tom Hanks step out for the Premiere of Charlie Wilson’s War on Monday at the CityWalk Cinemas in Universal Studios, Hollywood.
Charlie Wilson’s War is about a Texas congressman’s covert dealings in Afghanistan. As he aids rebels in a war with the Soviets, the effects are dramatic and unforeseen. The film is due to be released on Friday Dec. 21.

I don’t buy the tabloids’ story about Julia Roberts bad mouthing about Angelina Jolie considering what kind of tabloids and magazines selling this story. I’m sure neither Julia Roberts nor Angelina Jolie cares about this story. It was a provocation for both sides; it’s not only a slam against Jolie. The tabloids want to create intrigues between them. We don’t know Julia might have asked Angelina whether she wants her to correct this gossip; and Angelina might have laughed about it and said no….
I think Julia Roberts is an excellent actress, and I like the way that she has never cared much about tabloids’ gossips. She has self-confidence and doesn’t need to be loved by everyone… like Jolie. They are both strong women and should be friends.

People change. They all changed their wants and desires and now seem happy with the changes in their lives. My husband had an affair, would not stop, I divorced him and I am happier than I have ever been. Change is GOOD. Give them a break!!!

the movie is getting good reviews (89% fresh at rottentomatoes with 10 reviews so far) and critics are calling it smart and entertaining. it’s not like that lions for lambs ****.
Julia looks extra great!!!!! She just gave a birth to her third child,she has no nannys or any help people-she does everything by herself and she is 40 years old-she is suppoused to have some extra weight after pregnacy and ahe wolks on it.
As for this stupid story about Jolie. How anubody can believe that,Julia is a big friend of both George and Brad,she has no reason to say anything bad.

Vera was NOT paid off, she wouldn’t accept a red cent from that HO. She has way more self respect and dignity, in her little finger than Ju-Ro-Ho- has in her entire body. Let’s get that awful rumor put to bed. She told Ju-Ro-HO to go shove it…and the reason why Ju-Ro-HO wore that “A-LOW-VERA” shirt, is because Vera decided in her OWN time to sign those divorce papers, and wasn’t going to be pressured by anyone, especially the likes of Ju-Ro_HO, WHO would call up Vera threatening, demeaning, and cussing her out, on a daily basis. Vera, after having enough of Ju-Ro-HO, released to the tabs, that Ju-Ro-Ho, was trying to “buy” Danny from her, to the tune of 250 grand. Julia flipped-out because that would ruin that “America’s Sweetheart”, image she had going.
As for Danny, he has always had a roving eye…and will always have a roving eye, and no matter how much Ju-Ro-HO wants the world to think that her marriage to Danny is ideal, it is so far from the truth. Danny will never be faithful to any woman. It’s not in his nature. And if Julia thinks that he will be faithful to her, she has another think coming. It’s already been widely rumored, on film sets that Danny likes to flirt with the young, female extra’s. Why is it that Danny doesn’t have any camera-man jobs lined up? Ju-Ro-HO, got wind of the fact her hubby, was up to no good. Tightened the reins on him, she has. Now his days are filled with playing Daddy Day Care, and in the evenings playing Mr. Roberts, being her “arm candy” at Hollywood events. And he is miserable. Which is nothing short of what he deserves.

Even if Danny does cheat and she divorces him…he will be SET FOR LIFE. She’ll deserve what happens but it sucks that he’ll still be able to live the good life….no matter what. You should tell Vera to write a tell all book about what REALLY happened. She probably has too much class for that but I bet Julia would be willing to pay quite a bit to her to keep that book from hitting the shelf….might be worth her while.

I agree with helena and fred. WE DON’T KNOW THE REAL STORY. As for ‘vera’s friend’, how do we know what you say is true? I’m sure being the ‘woman scorned’ Vera has her own spin to put on the situation too. As the old saying goes, there are 2 sides to every story. I’m not condoning adultery, far from it. But I have witnessed some terrible marraiges that would be better off ended, kids in the picture or not.

Angelina Jolie revealed that her blond-haired blue-eyed natural child Shiloh, 20 months, is the outcast in her ethnically diverse family.
The actress - who has adopted three other children from around the world - said in a revealing interview, that her only biological child, fathered by actor Brad Pitt, is the odd one out because of her bright blond hair.
Angelina and partner Brad Pitt also have six-year-old Maddox from Cambodia, four-year-old Pax Thien from Vietnam and two-year-old Zahara who they adopted in Ethiopia.
But the 32 year-old Beowulf star explained Shiloh’s resemblance to her father which set her apart from her siblings.
Angelina told Look magazine: “She looks like Brad. It’s funny because she’s almost going to be the outcast in the family because she’s blond and blue-eyed.”
Jolie also admitted she would have been happy not to have a biological child.
But changed her mind after seeing Brad with Zahara and Maddox after bringing her to the U.S. from Ethiopia.

She said: “It was so lovely. But at the same time, the first time we saw a picture of Zahara before we met her we were both very emotional.
“It was different journeys but very similar feelings.”

Julia, I luv ya. Your my favorite actress by far. I see they used some of the unflattering pictures. There is some gorgeous pictures of her at this premiere. If your going to call Julia a “homewrecker” make sure you call Claire Danes, Kate Hudson, Hilary Swank, Tom Hanks, Robin Williams, Brad Pitt and so on, too many to count, the same. The men always get off scott free so to speak.

Moder’s marriage wasn’t the first one Julia Roberts F***** up! Keifer Sutherland left his wife and 3 kids in 1991 to be with JR and then she ran away with his friend Jason Patric the nigfht before their wedding. He’s probably relieved but JR is a serial marriage wrecker! Moder is cheating on her now and will forever but JR has the facade of “happy wifey and mother” so she’ll keep paying his bills and getting him work.
