Andy Roddick Does Coffee Tawk
Wed, 12 December 2007 at 10:53 am
Tennis star Andy Roddick holds hands with model Brooklyn Decker on Tuesday near Union Square, New York City.
The pair stopped in a Starbucks to relax and read the paper before having lunch at the Union Square Coffee Shop.
Being a Lacoste endorser has its privileges! Free hats!
Andy, 25, is currently ranked #6 in the world. He’ll need more than coffee to overcome world #1 Roger Federer.
WHAT DO YOU THINK about Andy’s chances of becoming #1?

FIRST!!
He’ll never beat Roger. He’s not good enough.
andy roddick !!!! i LOVE U
roger pissing me
:] 5th ?
Roger Rules! He’ll only beat Roger if roger breaks both his hands — and I sure hope that NEVER happens.
Can’t believe that Peter Sampras beat Roger — what a hoot!! Good for Pete. Like both Pete and Roger — they are both ‘class’ acts.
I love Andy!!!!He is a great player and seems to be nice personality.
But his g/f.. likes like another model..
that’s sad ;(
Even drinking a gazillion of coffee, he’ll never beat Roger Federer. Roger is the Pete Sampras of our time or even better. The only guy who can beat Roger is the kid from Spain, Nadal.
Never. Roger needs to retire first. Plus, he’s a fading star. Also, he’s got a really bad attitude on the court and has a bad habit of choking. Not a formula for #1.
He is a cuttie. I saw his profile on wealty men personals site W e a l t h y R o m a n c e dotcom last week. Is he single now? Just curious.
who are them?
hes hot anyway..
roddick!! i support u forever! fck roger for being so pro!
Interesting…….Andy hasn’t been seen in a committed situation for a while. Hmmmmm.
i do think roger is amazing, but it gets old when the same person wins every effin match. thats no fun! it’s like, hmm, i wonder how much he will beat his competition by this time. I like andy because at least there is some mystery, plus he is pretty hot. i think roger needs to start losing, cuz all sports are boring if you know who is going to win everything.
She’s Brooklyn Decker, SI Swimsuit model. They look cute
Thanks Nora!
His chances are zip. Roddick is incapable of beating Federer, particularly mentally. Or perhaps, I should say, Roger is incapable of losing to Roddick.
Become number one = no chance.
Win another grandslam = If everything goes well why not.
Though I’m more a Marat Safin fan.
Little off topic but wish to know….
Regarding Oprah, is she no longer in relationship with Stedman?
NEW NEW video christmas for vanessa hudgens click here: http://lb6823.skyrock.com
he’ll only be number 1 if Federer & Nadal quit / get injured etc… Also, Andy Murray is a stronger player but he’s bn plagued with injury this year otherwise andy would likely be number 6
Oprah is still pretending to be in a relationship with Stedman. But its still a farce. She supposedly has a girlfriend and its NOT Gail.
andy’s federer’s bish! he’ll never beat him.
Zero chance. For a while they were “rivals” but he’s nothing but a hot-head who has maxed out his potential, unlike Roger who continues to grow. Roger is now light years away and Roddick can never catch up.
Andy doesn’t have a chance to beat Roger. He lacks the maturity and core discipline. His games are too erratic and inconsistent. But he is a good athlete.
Andy needs to do an Agassi type transformation - total reworking of his body and his game and his mental toughness. He needs to really want it the way Agassi wanted it. Then maybe.
I would love to see Andy start winning some matches against Federer. After all, there has to be someone other than Nadal that presents a challenge to the Federer game. Because Fed wins almost 3 out of the 4 majors every year, the game has become quite repetitive. For the game’s sake, there has to be more men stepping up and putting pressure on Fed.
And we shouldn’t forget that Andy just completed one of his dreams the last couple weeks which was winning the Davis Cup title for the United States. Maybe that win will bring some positive energy into his game and he can give Fed tougher matches.
He’s a great player. You have to remember that there are over 1,000 players on both the men and women’s sides. To be ranked in the top 10 in the world out of those 1,000 players is a huge accomplishment. Would we all love to have the #1 ranking? Sure, but Andy should still feel proud that he is one of the top ten best tennis players out there.
As much as I adore Andy, he’s not going to beat out Roger. And even before Roger, he’d have to get through Nadal and I’m not even sure he can do that.
His problem is that even when he starts out on fire, he loses it half way through. He can’t keep his confidence up.
All it takes is one point to throw off his whole game. And Roger is a machine, so that one point that throws him off is almost always going to come. Sooner or later.
Aww they’re so cute!! Thank you for posting!
