Ryan Gosling looks like he’s back in tip-top shape, getting sandwiched between costars Emily Mortimer and Patricia Clarkson at a special lunch for their film Lars and The Real Girl at the Four Seasons Restaurant on Tuesday in New York City.
Looks like Ryan completely lost all that chunk for his role in The Lovely Bones, which he wound up being replaced by Mark Wahlberg.

i’m sure the director/producer’s behind ‘the lovely bones’ are kicking themselves now that he’s looking all hot again. i think it made sense to gain a little weight for a role like that. i don’t get it, why the hell would you replace ryan gosling with mark wahlberg. sorry, whoever posted above that he isn’t that great of an actor is talking out of their rear. the only decent performance marky mark has ever given was in ‘the departed’. gosling is far and beyond a better actor than that joker and most other male actors today.

I loved the lovely bones book and was looking forward to the movie because of the great casting, I was SO disapointed when they recasted with a mainstream actor, won’t be seeing it.

My all-time favourite movie is “The Notebook”. I loved Noah (Ryan) so much. I wish I could find a Noah….ohh to be loved THAT much. What more could a woman ask for?
He is a superb actor. He is in a league with Joaquin Phoenix and Eric Bana. My top 3. Everyone else of that generation of male actors don’t even come close to those 3.

Very true, 19, those three are great. I also like Christian Bale. I would love to see Ryan and Joaquin do a film though. Ryan did a film years ago with his sister, Summer Phoenix, which was very intense, The Believer, but very good!!
HE IS AN EXCELLENT ACTOR. LOVED EVERY PERFORMANCE I’VE SEEN. MURDER BY NUMBERS, FRACTURE & THE ONE WHERE HE W/JEWISH, BUT SUPPORTED NAZI CAUSES. I LOOK FOR MOVIES WITH HIM IN THEM. I LOVE HIM
