Angelina Jolie receives 2007 Golden Globe nomination

Angelina Jolie receives a 2007 Golden Globe nomination for her performance in A Mighty Heart.

Ang was nominated for the category “Best Performance by an Actress in a Motion Picture - Drama”.

Other nominees include: Cate Blanchett (Elizabeth: The Golden Age), Julie Christie (Away from Her), Jodie Foster (The Brave One) and Keira Knightley (Atonement).

Congrats to AJ on the nomination! Good luck on January 13th!

Seriously I didnt think her performance was that good. She sat around most of the time just staring. But I am sure that the Oscars wants the Golden couple at the show to boost ratings.

George had the backing of Warner bros, which make the different.
Can’t believed Casey was not nominated too . but I still remember Jake G. was not nominated in Golden globe for his role in Brokeback but was nominated in Oscar that year.

This is sooo stupid , she was nominated because she deserves it !! She has litle children , that`s why she doesn’t do inumerous films , and if you forgot , she has another amazing performances in the last years .
