Angelina Jolie receives a 2007 Golden Globe nomination for her performance in A Mighty Heart.
Ang was nominated for the category “Best Performance by an Actress in a Motion Picture - Drama”.
Other nominees include: Cate Blanchett (Elizabeth: The Golden Age), Julie Christie (Away from Her), Jodie Foster (The Brave One) and Keira Knightley (Atonement).
Congrats to AJ on the nomination! Good luck on January 13th!

ROTFL. Whoever you are…HOWDY…and thanks. I’m around. I finally have a little free time after a very long-ass week at work…and have been trying to get caught up on the threads and saw your message. Believe me…I was aching to respond to some of the idiots as I’ve been reading through this thread, but being a smart-ass a day-later just ain’t as much fun. Go figure.
BTW - Don’t know aobut any of you other working stiffs out there, but I’ve had more than enough of this work week and just want it to be over! Still go another hour to go though. It’s weeks like this that make me wish I drank…
Okay…back to reading…BTW…the more I read, the more irritated I am that Brad got shafted AGAIN this year. First the Academy stiffs him for Babel last year and now the Foreign Press does the same for AOJJ. They nominated 7 fricking movies for Best movie, so why not 6 or 7 actors? Total sucktitude.
whatever angelina wears she will be beautiful and of course with brad by her side it will be gorgeous overload.
