Nikki Blonsky Picks Up Golden Globe Nomination

Nikki Blonsky nabbed a 2007 Golden Globe nomination for her performance in Hairspray. The film itself also was nominated for “Best Motion Picture - Musical or Comedy”.

Other nominees include: Across the Universe, Charlie Wilson’s War, Juno and Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street.

Congrats to Nikki, John Travolta, Michelle Pfeiffer, Christopher Walken, Amanda Bynes and Zac Efron on the nominations. Good luck on January 13th!

Is there an actual video of her reaction? All I’ve seen is vids following the reaction, where she talks about it. I want to see her throwing the coffee table!

Yes Sadia, there is! It’s on the Access Hollywood website, but you have to get passed Julia Roberts to get to her.

It’s on the thread somewhere!

btw - How beautiful did she look in that later “reaction” video, though!

Jared Claus, please give us something on Nikki’s concert tomorrow! I just know that she’ll do a fantastic job! I wonder if Adam (or any of her other HS friends will be there? Although they’re all so busy!)

You know what sucks? Is that I find out more from talking to you girls and doing research myself about Nikki then I do coming here. :(

I was hoping we’d have something from Nikki’d concert. There is a vid on YT of her rehearsing and there is a photographer there snapping pics of her…but still nothing. This is disappointing. And still nothing on any of her upcoming projects.

Nikki is amazing and gorgeous!! She looked amazing in her reaction vid…and she looked so fabulous in the vid of her rehearsing!

We need more pics of her. She’s genuine and real and deserves to be seen!!

Zac and Nikki are very good friends, if not more, and they care deeply about each other and are very affectionate with each other. What’s wrong with that?

Nikki is awesome! Her performance in Texas was amazing, I hear (although, not from here *irked* ) and she signed autographs for hours! Way to go, Nik!
