Ashley Tisdale shows off her new nose onstage during Z100’s Jingle Ball 2007 concert at Madison Square Garden on Friday in New York City.
The 22-year-old High School Musical star received her scultped schnoz two weeks ago.

I think she looks GREAT! (like always). It looks the same but just smaller. I also respect WHY she had surgery. FOR A HEALTH REASON ONLY! Some people dont understand that. I think she is beautiful, surgery or no surgery. WE (your fans) LOVE YOU ASHLEY!!

This case shows that no matter how much money you have or how many new stuff you can buy with the plastic surgery,when you are ugly,you are ugly.
And Ashley Tisdale is an ugly one,the new nose didn’t change anything.

She really hasnt changed must but i like the second pic best with the microphone better. The nose looks more natural. but she had to have the operation anyways cuz the left nostril was small or something and it was hard for her to breath or something like that
ashley looks good anyway . and her fans always like her performance at movies , so i think her nose doesn’t change her carrer .
