The 22-year-old High School Musical star received her scultped schnoz two weeks ago.

Her nose looked like a hook. It was pointy and BIG! It’s deifinitely an upgrade that she fixed it. It’s a bit smaller but weirder than the usual hook…

I’m getting really tired of people saying that she got a nose job to feel better about herself. Did NO ONE pay attention when she said it was for health reasons and if she could’ve she would have avoided the whole ordeal? Ashley had a sexy nose to begin with, so she really didn’t have any need for a nose job otherwise. and to everyone saying “yeah sure. deviated septum? uh-huh. *cough*” um, shut up and get off her back.

It looks worse than before, sorry to say! It’s still pretty big too. It just looks uglier.

For the record, septoplasty - procedure to correct deviated septum - does not change appearance of nose unless you also have rhinoplasty - commonly known as a nose job - at same time.
