Ashley Tisdale shows off her new nose onstage during Z100’s Jingle Ball 2007 concert at Madison Square Garden on Friday in New York City.
The 22-year-old High School Musical star received her scultped schnoz two weeks ago.

its not too different, but she def got a nose job….cuz with “Deviated Septums” your nose stays the same…its the inside that changes and it annoys me that these people think they can fool us by saying it was a proceedure that it CLEARLY isnt.

so i guess she had to do it

but she still looks beautiful either way
I liked it :) she’s still beautiful. I don’t think her nose was bad before, but…if she feels better now, good!

Her whole face is pretty. New nose, old nose, beautiful in any way. She fixed that deviated septum. What a relief that must have been. I know what it’s like to not be able to breath right. I’m allergic to pollen.

LIAR! deviated septum my a**! and she says she does not advocate cosmetic surgery. she clearly had one
people who believed it was all for health reasons are seriously stupid and naive. you don’t get the bump of your nose fixed and trimmed to repair a deviated septum. she was ugly before, she’s still ugly now even with cosmetic surgery! lol!

That is actually sad.
It is either her second rhino or her makeup artists had gotten much better over the past year becasue she looked nice.
That definitely looks way too pinched. overly sculpted. like plastic surgery does when it is done too harshly and poorly.
The tip looks terrible, I hate to say.
