Ashley Tisdale shows off her new nose onstage during Z100’s Jingle Ball 2007 concert at Madison Square Garden on Friday in New York City.
The 22-year-old High School Musical star received her scultped schnoz two weeks ago.

agree with brooke !she isn’t as pretty as vanessa. .. look at the new vanessa tread for her birthday , she look so natural and she’ s stunning , and without surgery…
there is no reason to compare them but i think that vanessa is soooo pretty !!
and sorry for her fans but i think that the cosmetic surgery for her is a terrible mistake , it’s very small and her face look plastic now

downgrade, definitely. it’s not all that bad, but you can tell that it’s fake. too bad really she looked better before.

Yuck.
i don’t like it, i liked her old nose better. she clearly lied about it being all for “health reasons”. when you get your DEVIATED SEPTUM fixed, it does not change the look of your nose
she’s a liar.. and I think she made a big mistake.
but she’s 22 and it’s her life so…
maybe it’s just me but it looks like she don’t like her nose , she look very shy in the pictures..

I have to say, even if I like the girl, it looks like a drastic change for a “deviated septum.” The surgery she would have gotten for that would have removed (or decreased) the bump on the bridge of her nose (see top photo, it’s pretty clear there), but it shouldn’t have done anything to the rest of it, unless she picked a not-so-good plastic surgeon to do it.
But I think she looks pretty good. A little more like the people in LA physically maybe, but still pretty.
