Katie Holmes: Christmas Shopping in High Gear!
A Suri-less Katie Holmes puts down her cup of coffee and does some Christmas shopping at Neiman Marcus in Beverly Hills on Saturday. She was accompanied by a female friend/assistant.

No, thats her very large birthmark on her butt! Its quite ugly, really.
I think it was true that Suri has a birthmark on her face, too, which runs in the family, thats why they hide her for quite sometime. But I think they did something about it, or it could those that are not permanent.

I think she is trying to have it lasered out coz it looks lighter now. There was another pic of her birthmark and it was darker before.
