OlderAngelina Jolie Gets SAG-gy
Angelina Jolie just picked up a Screen Actors Guild (SAG) nomination for her portrayal as the widow of murdered journalist Daniel Pearl in A Mighty Heart. Congrats, Angie!
Vying with Ms. Jolie for top honors are Cate Blanchett in Elizabeth: The Golden Age, Oscar contender Marion Cotillard for her portrayal of tragic French chanteuse Edith Piaf in La Vie En Rose, Julie Christie in Away From Her and Ellen Page in Juno.
Sean Penn’s survival tale Into the Wild dominated the nominations, scooping up four nods — best actor, Emile Hirsch; supporting male actor, Hal Holbrook; supporting female actor, Catherine Keener; and the top honor, best ensemble cast.
And don’t miss The 12 Days of Angelina Jolie. Today is only Day One of the celebration!

Then Brad came in after to use the toilet and, low and behold! There it was! Angie’s dump! Alarmed, Brad called in Pax who promptly took it out of the toilet and threw it on the barbeque-so resourceful! If anyone has any pics or vids of this, please post.

Guli thanks for the shout. I will be logging off soon to eat dinner, it’s past 6pm here in my home State. I will be working early tomorrow, hopefully, JJ will get some of their new photos or videos that they showed at Extra. Papz will be on the look out in front of their house in NOLA. I’m glad Angie is getting nominated for major acting awards. This year’s Oscar race will be a lot more interesting than the predictable 2006 with the same winners. Jolie is also a lock to be part of the Oscar race in 2008 and 2009 with The Changeling and Atlas Shrugged, which is most likely to be released in 2009 because of the writers strike.
I am sensing a little frustration from the hens today. Just a little bit of MEOWING going on from the bitter scorned women section. I feel the goddess circle in session pounding on their hairy chests and howling at the moon. I hope that one day they will be able to get rid of that whiny after taste left behind by the demise of the fake golden couple.
