Hugh Jackman is Clean Shaven

Aussiewood hunk Hugh Jackman finally shaved!

The filming of the much much much anticipated Baz Lurhman epic, Australia, wrapped up last night. The cast and crew have been at it for at least five months, starting all the way back in April 2007. Australia, with a $120 million budget, currently has a tentative release date of Sept. 5, 2008.

On his first day out, Hugh visited an X-Ray office in Darlinghurst on his first day out in Sydney, Australia on Thursday.

Hugh’s friend then picked him up in a blue and white vintage VW called “The Love Bus”. The lo-oooooove bus!

The pair grabbed coffee and a bottle of sparkling mineral water to take home.

Oh, no. I was making Gerard Butler my new baby daddy, but I have to go back to my first love, HUGH JACKMAN!!!! Scruvy or clean, I’d eat him up. He looks his age now, even younger. Just please, oh please, don’t have any plastic surgery. Even grubby, he’s a sexy beast! Thank you for Hugh pics, Jared. More, please.

Hugh Jackman is certainly gorgeous - love his accent and his sexiness but those SHORTS! Where is his stylist? lol. Yeah, love him but Butler is still #l in my book and will be until I breathe my last or he does.

He was anyway gorgeous and sexy with the beard, he was looking so tough and manly. Hugh Jackman, shaven or not is the most handsome and sexy star of Hollywood, including Brad, George and the other guys. Noone can be compared to him. I love his look in Australia. The film will be a smash success with such stars ( Hugh and Nicole ). I LOVE HUGH JACKMAN SOOOOOO MUCH !!!!!!!!!!

Shaven or not, Hugh Jackman is always gorgeous and super-sexy. He is the most handsome and sexy star in Hollywood, including Brad and George. None of them can be compare to him. He is such a talented actor and good guy. I love his look in Australia. He looks so tough and manly. The film is going to be a smash success with uch stars ( Hugh and Nicole ). I LOVE HUGH JACKMAN SOOOOOOO MUCH!!!!!!!!!!

Where is his stylist? He’s suppose to have a stylist dress him for a casual day on his own time? Meeting with his trainer (and one of his best friends) and going for a coffee…he needs a stylist? He’s not allowed to run around on a day off in a pair of cargo shorts and a t-shirt like everyone else?

I actually don’t think he employs one unless it’s for a special occasion (award shows, premieres, industry functions, etc.) and even then, I’m not sure. Hugh Jackman is that very rare breed of movie star. He doesn’t preen for a camera. He doesn’t court publicity by getting into any kind of off screen mischeif. He doesn’t live a lifestyle (grounded family man) that the tabloids can sell. He just does his job (which just happens to be, world class movie star) and then he just goes about his life. A normal life. Not the kind that makes headlines and sells tabloids.

And thank God for that. What a breath of fresh air. He’s the role model that should be held up for others to emulate. But he never will be. He’s too normal, and for this celebrity crazy world that requires drama, drama, drama in order to be entertained, that translates into…boring.

Go on Hugh. Bore me some more. LOL!

@Davilyn: I 100% agree with you. What a ridiculous thought, that he might feel urged to ask a stylist before he leaves the house. If he did so, it would make him one more of these exchangeable, artificial Hollywood “Barbies” ( and “Kens” ). No, I just like him the way he is: unique.
