Zahara Loves Rubber Duckies

Zahara Loves Rubber Duckies

Angelina Jolie carries daughter, Zahara, almost 3, around the French Quarter of New Orleans, Louisiana on Friday.

Princess Zee wore a colorful (but traditional) Kung Fu jacket, which is often worn by martial artists. She is going to kick some major booty when she grows up. Zee accessorized with a long, beaded necklace with pink rubber duckies and a pair of heart-prints pants. Cute!

Older brothers Maddox and Pax were also along for the stroll.

More pix soon…

As a Black Woman, I will say that there is nothing wrong with Zee’s hair. It is moisturized and brushed. She’s a little girl who’s not in school yet, so she doesn’t have to have her hair braided or in ponytails all the time.

@Sera - I agree with you 100 percent, Well said

As another Black woman from Baltimore (Greenmount and 23rd to be exact) there is absolutely nothing wrong with her hair. If anything, I think some sistas might be throwing a little hateration Z’s way because of the texture. Yes, the texture of her hair is naturally curly - not kinky nigga naps - although there is nothing wrong with that. Didnt mean to be offensive but I think I had to go there. Apologies to those who know.
Z’s hair is beautiful and most likely very soft. I doubt her hair could hold plaits or braids for that matter. And she definately doesnt need a perm. Leave her hair alone and sista’s stop the hair hate.

People really overreact when it comes to the Shiloh thing. Maybe it is Shiloh’s nap time. Maybe Shiloh is having a daddy day. Maybe it is none of our business.

no need to click on tmz, Janice gave us the video below

Two bits of Changeling info. You can read the whole interview and article if you click on the links.

Amy Ryan talking a bit to EW.

“Who do you play in The Changeling?
I befriend [a character played by] Angelina Jolie. Both characters end up in really dire situations. And I kind of teach her how to survive. I help her through her darkest hour because I’ve been there a little longer than she has. But if I tell you where, it gives away a plot point.

You play a woman of the night?
Yeah, that’s right. It’s set in 1928. They were actually called ‘’soiled doves,” which is nicer than saying [in her best Boston accent] ”She’s a hook-ah!”

She looks angry, but she is containing herself in front of the papz. I would beat them.

Shooting quietly on the Changeling set

“I thought this was going to be one of the most difficult things I’ve ever done, given the subject matter, but instead it’s been the easiest,” Jolie tells me, looking even more radiant than usual in her period attire and short bob hairdo. It’s now early December, one week before shooting wraps, and the production has arrived at the climactic scene in which Collins confronts convicted child-killer Gordon Northcott, in his prison cell on the eve of his execution. It’s a physically and emotionally draining sequence, during which Jolie must push actor Jason Butler Harner (who plays Northcott with a sniveling creepiness) against a wall and repeatedly ask, “Did you kill my son?” — her pleas becoming increasingly anguished until two guards intervene. It is, Jolie says, her “big, Stella Dallas moment.”

Jared you should also add the video, very cute!

SOO CUTE!!!!

I could see why people think it’s odd Shiloh isn’t seen as often as the older three though and it can’t be because she’s young since they took Zahara everywhere when she was Shiloh’s age and younger.

Thanks for bringing this over Janice.

Man, I can’t wait to see TC. Sounds like Angie will knock it out the park and then some.

JJ you are the best. No matter what Brad or Angie will do, they are always criticized for every little thing including a little girl’s hair. For heavens sake, she is three years old. Why do you want to hire a hair stylist for a 3 year old? So petty for some fans. I’m sure they just want their privacy instead of being judge for their childrens hairstyle. Please!

Wow, look at the self-haterz and haterz talking ill of a baby. Zahara is beautiful. I’m glad she doesn’t need braids and all that ghetto s hit in her very nice hair.
