God Blessed Angie and Brad when they found each other and they continue to do the good works that they both have in their hearts. Sure there are those who are jealous. Just wait for the next rag issue of In Touch (TC). They have a special dislike for Angie that goes beyond reason, even though she has never done anything to them . Brad and Angie fans just need to keep supporting them, ignoring the haters as best we can and support the good works that Brad and Angie do together and separately. Oh by the way, I believe 2008 will be a great year for Jolie Pitt fans.

How do you know I didn’t and haven’t? I’m not the tax bracket of those we discussed, so I can’t just leave a job and go and rebuild. You do realize the first help to arrive was from people all over the country watching this unfold, churches, groups, individuals. How and who do you think collected food, water, money and clothes and got it to NOLA? Us everyday little peeps who many are on this thread. So I took action, continue to do so, and will continue to. Calm down Sherri…when those questions were asked…I wasn’t ASKING YOU THOSE QUESTIONS…those questions were for YOU to ask the BLACK LEADERS you want to stand and take account. You jumped on the bandwagon talking about black leaders and what they are doing. I just seconded that and said…instead of coming on JJ talking about the black leaders and what they should do or haven’t done and just talk…why NOT ask the question to them: “Leaders…where are you? What are you doing, etc.”

The point is stop talking about what the black leaders should be doing and ASK THEM what have they done? Make them accountable seeing we say they’re not doing anything…ASK THEM AND STOP ASSUMING THEIR NOT!

I was a victim to this event and yes I have given back. Before BP and AJ had anything concrete going on here…I signed up for HFH and just last week my company and I help build some houses on N. Derbigny St. in the 9th Ward in NOLA, I’ve attended some Global Green meetings (I’m on the email listing for the NOLA Global Green), and I’m in the process of trying to get my company to adopt a house…which they don’t see the need seeing that they just did the HFH thing…but I’m not giving up.

So this is my point…we come here first to have a good time and see pictures and discuss our favorite family and on occasion we talk about some serious stuff and ask why such and such is/are not doing this and that…well why not ASK THEM and stop talking about it.

Actually do something like BP is doing and inspiring other to do. Have you checked out the comments section on MIRNOLA? Wonder words of gratitude for BP…because he’s actually DOING SOMETHING. So what I’m saying Sheri, let’s stop talking about who, in a leadership role, is not doing and let’s go ask the and put their feet to the fire. Then we wouldn’t be on here downing the Denzel Washington’s, the Will Smith’s, the Russell Simmons’s, the Al Sharpton’s, the Jesse Jackson’s, the Rapper’s and Hip Hop Mogul’s…etc. We will put them on the spot, threaten to not add or enhance their lifestyles unless they step up…like us regular folks and the Brad Pitt’s, the Don Cheatle’s, the George Clooney’s, the Denzel Washington’s…etc.

So stop talking about what the BLACK LEADERS haven’t done and start asking them.

So lets see now. When Mariane’s husband was kidnapped, no black came out and said that this is a black woman’s solidarity issue. But, when Angelina was cast - AT MARIANES REQUEST to play her part, suddenly LOSIES came on line screaming that the Marianne is black and Angelina stole the role from a black actress and where is black pride etc etc etc.. It is a race issue.

Now when Passing Through and others say, that MOST of the poor people in the 9th ward and in NOLA who are still struggling for resolution after Katrina are blacks and that more black celebrities ought to step up to plate to help publicise and resolve these issues, she and others are criticised for being Uncle Toms and Auntie Tomasina’s.

When MIR successfully puts up 150 homes and grows it into more homes (and yes, I believe it will happen), will some LOSIES scream that white people STOLE the initiative from the blacks? I wonder.
