Brad has always come across as down to earth in his interviews. It is nothing new if some people underestimate him for whatever reason. Brad’s been one of the elite movie actors who command 20M plus per movie, can demand script changes, have a say who gets cast, etc.,that is his starpower in Hollywood. Also his Plan B is thriving with interesting movies in its pipeline.
Brad Pitt is the definition of success in Hollywood, a movie icon and legend in his own right.

Why does he ALWAYS wear a cap those days ?? Has he get hair implants done ?? I wonder…

Has anyone ever noticed that Jennifer Aniston is not big into philanthropy? I have only ever seen her commercial for ** Jude’s Hospital and that she made some donations on behalf of Sheryl Crow when she was undergoing breast cancer treatment. Doesn’t this worldly philanthropy explain the Brangelina connection? What IS JA doing with her millions? Treating her friends to trips to Mexico and lots of margaritas?

Forbes reported Jen has a networth of $ 110 million. But Jennifer Aniston HARDLY OPEN HER PURSE. Yes, she did film a Saint Jude, wear the T shirt. But in terms of ACTUAL CASH or TIME for a special cause, very miminum to the point of EMBARRASSING to even mention it.

I know her fans will say she does it quietly. But use common sense, most the celebrites daily life are reported by the media. She recently gave an interview to Harper magazine even she had no movie to promote. Yet, in the interview, she NEVER mention her charitable cause.

Denzel Washington gave 1 million to some debate team and was reported by extraTV. Julia Roberts, Rosie also gave money to Katrina.

Jen will treat her friends to Carbo San Lucas, massage, tanning. But she is CHEAP in giving back.

You are stupid. If Brad was not in the top 5 how can you say he lost. Now the real loser if you want to talk about it maybe J Depp. He is the one who is consistently in the top 5 and I don’t think he won yet. He did not get a SAG nom.

Now GC on the other hand does care. Did you see he was the only Big star to release a note of thank you to SAG for giving him the nom. Such a suck up.

I hope people who write nonsense on threads like this know exactly that you reap what you sow. If you try to distract people from donating money, think about what will happen to you when you need help.

Yeah o-13, the way I look at it is - if you’ve scored critical acclaim acting and producing that should be your bellweather — let’s face it, he’s come a long way since the days Jen Maniston, when his name was on no one’s lips, and he wasn’t even THOUGHT ABOUT for any artistic endeavors whatsoever, namely because he wasn’t doing anything of this calibre when he was with TV sit-com HAG.

So ultimately, it’s all good. Brad is back - in his rightful place - the fact that he’s been able to literally be the most famous man in the world with the most famous woman, raising 4 beautiful children, a successful producer and actor earning kudos and critical acclaim for his movies in the time he’s been with Angelina, is nothing short of AMAZING.

It’s as if he is LITERALLY making up for lost time - the TIME WASTED, he spent as an escort to a TV People’s Choice ensemble comedy nominee and hack.

It’s great that Brad is back among the living and with his peers, running in their circles - where he belongs…he just didn’t look right sitting next to Chuck Woolery at some TV schitz fest, Maniston his right side, Botox-Arquettes to his left.

A small fraction of people immerse themselves in this juice hence the never ending presence on blogs. How Brad/Angie conduct their lives doesn’t affect my life in anyway, our projections about them only highlight issues about us not them. We are outside looking on how possibly can you know one’s life from pictures and magazines. All the couples who broke up at the time have all moved on to different partners, Jen herself has dated two men since. People can’t seem to get past this because of the perception and image projected by the media. The media has made and continues to make money off of this triangle and now more from this partnership. The media has no clue what happened or what’s happening as seen by week after week Brad/Angie are fighting or moved out or some wack story because a story that puts a celeb in a bad light sells more than a good story. My hubby who couldn’t be bothered by all this if it wasn’t for his wife says it best when he says “Man Brad/Angie must be having the best make-up sex if everytime they are breaking up”

Remember when he wouldn’t do another “Friends” show because he didn’t want to be concidered a TV actor “OUCH!!!!”

I actually like when people speak from the heart. That is my main problem in listening to politicians they often come off as too polished and smarmy I don’t really sense sincerity.

So give me the words from the heart or from a place of passion anyday unless it is suppose to be a prepared speech. I don’t care who you are just speak from a place of passion.

Guess that is why most salesmen don’t get my dollar either. They usually speak from a script and you don’t get a feeling they believe in what they are selling.

Bottom line in the interviews I have seen from Brad about this project I believe he believes in what he is doing and that makes a difference

I look at other blogs and see people arrested for getting drunk and stuff, when one comes to a thread like this you expect intelligent discussions. People who want drama can move on to other threads that call for that. I see no drame here. Let’s donate and encourage others to do so.
